Paris Hilton has been ordered to keep her distance from an L.A. event producer. Read the court document


TMZ exclusively shot video in court as Brian Quintana told a Los Angeles commissioner that Hilton had threatened him several times, once warning: "I'm going to put a contract out on you." See Quintana's testimony

Quintana says Hilton blamed him for some of the bad publicity she received and allegedly retaliated with threats.

Hilton was not in court. After the hearing, her famous lawyer, Howard Weitzman, said the decision was a victory for Hilton since she wants Quintana out of her life.
