TMZ's cameras caught the stars on both coasts Tuesday night.

We start in West Hollywood, where Janet Jackson celebrated her 40th birthday at Hyde with boyfriend Jermaine Dupri. Everyone should look that good when they hit 40.

And in the Big Apple, our cameras caught up with Bruce Willis at the premiere of 'Over the Hedge.' Also out on the town: Kim Raver, Molly Sims, Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, and Axl Rose -- with his mom.
