76. I think that if a car is moving you should get out of the way. Thats just the smart thing to do. Any normail person would know that a car weighs alot more that a person. plus how if she ran over his foot how does his neck and back hurt.

78. People are stupid. For one Britney wasn't driving.. 2 the guy is freggin exagerating!!!! PERMANENT DISABILITY on the neck, head and back when all he hurt was his stupid foot?! People need to leave celebs alone. get them at the grammys give them their space and privacy and a little something called, A PERSONAL LIFE?!

81. I bet he seen a way to get money so he let her hit him. DOn't laugh I seen it before. What better way to get money then to cause an accident. Common sense would tell you when a vehicle is moving to move. So he stayed and happen to get hit. SOunds to me another pay day. The law gives anyone the right to sue over anything which is stupid!! We give stupid people way too much power. I hope he is called out for what he is an opportunist. Lynne and Britney need to sue them for harrasment. Isn't there boundaries for these people? There should be.

82. Why would he sue? Stars are people too we should not hate on them because they were able to accomplish something most of us dream of doing everyday. If that was me I would have ran him over too!!! Move out the damn way what real interesting footage would they really be able to get while they were getting in the car? Get serious or get a real job

Pedistrians have a repsoniblity as well as a driver of a vehicle....that is dont stick your foot out to get ran over by a moving vehicle. The photogher will be found negligent by attributing to the cause.

85. I wish everyone would just leave Brit alone and let her try and lead a 1/2 semi normal life. Brit is a good girl and tries to do what is right! trust me if any mom had poperazzi in there face 24/7 im sure there will be mistakes. people forget to realize that every move Brit makes is on camera. Brit is trying very hard to do the right thing and people are constanly critisizing her for everything she does. I think that the pop that was run over deserves everything he got. 86. Are you serious? Why are all these people bashing the paparrazo? First of all, if it were not for them, we wouldn't get gossip. Don't say you could care less about the lives of these celebrities and then come to a website designed for celebrity gossip. Brittney has been getting alot of bad press of lately...we are all human and make mistakes it is just that she is in the public eye. This guy should have his medical bills paid and a little compensation for time loss from work but that is all!!!!!

89. I think that if your famous that's what your getting your self in . If you didn't have people taking pictures all the time and being noisy then you wouldn't get much fame and then whatever product or singing career you have would go unrecognized. I think that a lot of famous people act like they don't want their pictures taken because there above everyone but lets go back and think about when they weren't famous and they would do anything to get there faces on a magizine. I mean that's life when you have a lot of people look up to especially when you do things to try and get peoples attention. So I don't think it's really a big deal cause I could care less what Brittany does because she hasn't done anything for me. But hey that's just my opinion and i know some of you Brittany stockers may disagree but who cares!!!!
