31. I was shocked to hear about Heather and Richie. However, they are just people and so I got over it. (yes i did!) I would not like to judge anyone in thier life as I have made some doozies in my life time and I am not all sure that Denise is making any doozies at all. She needs romance for sure! And I believe she needed a break. She took it and wouldn't you want to do it with a guy you find amazing? Yeah, me too! Charlie deserves to be happy too. However it is now going to cost him. But he knew that when he started messing around again. He is an adult who should be able to be responsible for his behaviour. I am sorry to see them break up, more so sorry to hear Charlie hasn't still been able to get it together. Please be kinder to our fellow women beings. We are the hardest on each other.

32. Denise is going to need Charlie's money, she is washed up and even worse she has no talent, even though the courts are unfair and bias towards fathers. Charlie is no angel but after everything he's done he's still respected and has a strong connection to powerful people in LA. And anyone who thinks she'll last with that corny band guy is an idiot. Get a divorce, get money, you're going to need it.

33. Even though the court system has an unfair bias towards fathers, Denise should get some money. She's pretty washed up, directors big or small don't ever use her, and the talent she still has is posing nude as a hot milf. And she's an idiot if she thinks she'll last with that corny band guy, my advice go through with the divorce, get some money, you're going to need it.

35. Since I've been a BJovi fan for over a decade, I've been watching Heather & Richie from sidelines. For the past 1-2yrs, she's treated Richie like crap. Richie always had the best to say about Heather & only once did I hear her say something nice. She always commented on herself & career; even when she was on Oprah after she had baby, you could see that she had difficulty bonding w/baby (since she's so self-centered); she made comments that no one told her that it would be so hard to be a mom, complained non-stop (but tb fair, as Ava got older, Heather became warmer towards her). Then no more kids from her, you'd think she'd have another for Ava's sake, but it's all about Heather & her career. Richie was SO good to her, spoiled her & even BJovi people said that they were sick of her cuz Richie had to kiss her ass all the time. It seems that when he started this last tour in U.S., she no longer had control of him cuz he wouldn't quit BJovi & he was spending a lot of time in NJersey (when recording the new music). She had reports fed to the tabloids that she was partying & even mentioned Tommy Lee, in the hopes of getting a rise out of Richie, but this time, it didn't work. Then she came out w/magazine article, kinda knocking Richie. And then the worst, humiliates him in front of America! He gets notice of divorce while on air doing an interview. I think she carried it too far & then lost him. Denise....what did she tell Richie??? Probably all the smack that Heather was saying 'n doing. I think something was revealed that even hurt him more deeply; so he's now returning the favor w/Denise, except that it got "special" w/Denise & he doesn't give a damn what others think. And I luv it (becuz I had seen how badly Heather had been treating him) & I now have my respect back for him. Heather is never going to find another man like Richie who loved her, spoiled her, who would do anything to keep her happy &, really, he's a super-nice guy. Heather was all about control, I could see the transformation, she got ugly & now she's alone. Richie & Denise in Paris (where he married Heather....), I hope they make it. (And for comments that Denise is leaving her kids; geez, give her a break (she's a great mommy & the only parent that has been a constant for those kids) & it's alright to leave your kids, she always comes back to them w/lotsa love.)

36. She is a terrible friend, a terrible mother, and I think she probably lied about all the things Charlie did. I am sure Charlie did plenty, but she totally sacrificed any credibility when she left her small children to jet around the world to screw her friend's ex-. She is awful. A skank.

38. all i can say is things happen for a reason, and i understand why denise would want to move on. i really don't think she should of move on with her best friend husband, thats look bad on her part, she should waited to see if they are really over each other and ready to move on. then with heather permission got out with him that way she doesn't lost the respect of her once best friend and it doesn't hurt her and his relationship. because if heather wanted to she can be a b**** and try to screw him in the divorce, and force pain on there new relationship. that all i have to say, hope it work out for the best.

39. Denise "performs"? Hmmm, from what I've been reading she seems to perform in only one room. If she tries to sing, I hope she doesn't empty out the room before the Pussycat Dolls hit the stage. I feel sorry for her two children who seem to be nothing more than a weapon in her battle against Charlie. Charlie probably was no saint, but this woman lost all her sympathy points a long time ago.

41. Ok folks...we do not know what really happened but it seems that Heather is the one that wanted a divorce from Richie and I believe their are two sides to every story. I know exactly why Denise is spending time in Europe with him now...they are not psycho crazy like we are about celebrities. She is probably getting some much needing peace. I think they deserve to find the happiness that has apparently alluded both of them for quite some time. How rare is it to find true love? I wish them the best and I wish the best for Heather that she finds someone that has the same goals in life as herself. Obviously she and Richie were on different planets. It is very hard to live with someone that has totally different plans for the future than yourself. Give these people a break. Let them live their lives in peace.

45. I think that Denise may be in love but her kids should come first. I know that she loves them and as a mother i understand her need to feel loved and accepted. So if Richie gives her that then F..K what everyone thinks.
