Kidman's Pre-Wedding Birthday Bash

Nicole Kidman's Birthday: Click to WatchPaparazzi swarmed the Australian actress' home on her 39th birthday but instead of attacking the star, they burst into song. As Kidman emerged entered her harborside mansion, the photogs congratulated her on her special day and later sang "Happy Birthday" into her intercom.

When asked what she'd be doing to celebrate, Nicole replied, "Not much, dinner at my mum's... Boring."

Her "mum" was not the only guest in attendance for her party though, as her sister and fiancé Keith Urban both arrived for the shindig. Later, the actress sent bottles of water and a case of beer out to the media pack with an attached note saying: "Enjoy! Nicole and Keith."

Kidman and Urban are in Australia preparing for their wedding, which is set to take place any day now. According to local media, guests have been told to keep their schedules free from Friday to Monday, as they will be given only 24 hours notice as to the time and location.

16. I think I have this right. Since she wasn't married to "the idiot" in the Catholic church, the marriage is not recognized officially by the Catholic church. All she had to do was have it annulled or something through the church and she would then be free to wed in a Catholic ceremony.

22. Here, here! To a couple whos' marriage will be blessed by the Church. Two seemingly decent, nonegotistical people, who lack a need for self promotion, self righteousness, and seem to be sincere in being able to tell the difference in their "private lives" and their careers. Your child's birth or your marriage is not an opening on Broadway or a Grammy Preformance.(whichever comes first)

I did learn you can be a Zombie and not take mood altering drugs, so maybe some good came out of her divorce after all.

25. i used to be a big Tom Cruise fan, I have lost all respect for him, any man that would let his child be born out of wedlock and this by being his choice. Is not much of a man. Shame on Tom Cruise for being so selfish of other people's feelings. Good Luck Keith and Nicole, may you have many happy years and children together.

26. Nicole received an annulment from the Catholic Church and is free to marry. She is class all the way. I wish her and Keith a wonderful wedding day and a happy married life. Congratulations and God bless.

27. I believe she got an annulment from Tom. And being Catholic, I can say that since her and Tom's first marriage was not performed in a Catholic Church, it is not recognized by the Catholic Church. Therefore she is free to marry in the Church.

28. The Catholic Church has lightened up on divorces. My brother in law's wife was married 2 x's before. They were married in the largest Catholic University Sanctuary in our State. They can have the first marraige annulled.

29. Congratulations to Nicole and Keith! I wish more celebrities were as gracious, humble, and truly a nice person as Nicole seems to be. She is the true definition of a lady. The only other famous person I think of in that way was Jacqueline Kennedy. God speed to you both, Nicole and Keith!

30. I think Keith Urban could do better than Nicole Kidman, he is such a hunk and I do not think she is pretty at all, I think Nikki Taylor (SUPERMODEL) was a much better choice and he should have stuck with her.
