Tom Cruise: Click to WatchCruise is on the road again for a promotional tour of 'M:I:3," this time hitting up Japan for its premiere of the film.

His fiancee, Katie Holmes, was nowhere in sight but that, of course, didn't stop reporters from asking about her and baby Suri.


"Unfortunately, I wanted to bring them but Suri, it'd be too much for her, we're only going to be here for a day and a half," Cruise said about their absence. Of the major celebrity babies, Suri is the only one yet to be seen, so even in Japan the media attention is definitely high.

Cruise gushed about his three children at the press conference for the film and at one point said he hopes to have ten children someday...of course, they'll all probably be conveniently timed with the opening of his next ten films.

When asked when TomKat will finally become official and marry Tom responded, "We haven't set a date yet, soon, it'll be this year."

After the Japan Premiere on Tuesday evening, Cruise is expected to ride the bullet train to Osaka with 150 fans on Wednesday.

16. I think Tom is just waiting until his baby is a few months old before he subjects her to the media. He obviously cares for his older two children but still takes them out in public. I'm sure he's just waiting til Suri is older before she gets her very own paparazzi stalker

17. What about his comment that Katie "hasnt done anything" but feed Suri. what a jerk. he wanted a submissive person that would only speak when spoken too and act like a robot and now that he has it he puts her down? Tom Sucks. Hopefully Katie will break free and be normal again.

18. I am the first one to say that Tom has definitely lost it. He is crazy. But for everyone to speak so ill of the baby is ridiculous. Even if the baby was sick that isn't any ones fault and it is stupid to be so bold as to think you know why the baby isn't around. I wouldn't take my baby to Japan for a day and a half. Babies need a consisent schedule not jet lag.

19. If I hear one more thing about Tom Cruise and the littlegirl from Dawson's Creek, I am going to hurl, I am sure the baby is beautiful, all babies are blessings, but she is not "EVE". She is not the first woman to have a baby nor will she be the last. Quite frankly I don't believe that it's love, it's a stunt to boost to fledgling careers. Tom Cruise's movies suck, and he's a C grade actor. Although public opinion feels different, I can't stay awake through a Tom Cruise movie.

20. If I hear one more thing about Tom Cruise and Little Ms. Dawson Creek I am going to hurl. First I believe that they are sending the wrong message, that children should be born out of wedlock. Second, Katie is not "EVE", she is not the first woman to have a baby and she will not be the last. I am married, with five children, both my husband and I have lucrative careers, I am an egineer and my husband is a cross country tractor trailer driver, and I don't see anybody making a fuss about us or our children, why? Because we are not C grade actors at best. Furthermore, I don't believe it's love, I believe that it's a stunt to boost two fledgling careers. I can't even stay awake through a whole Tom Cruise Movie, and he's not even hot, he's old. In a few years the whole scenario will be old and Katie will be replaced with a newer and younger model.

21. I think it is amazing that Brooke Shields and Katie had their babies the same day and in the same hosp... Where is Katie,,, suffering like Brooke did? Why No pictures of the Cruise Baby,,, Hmmmm... Something wrong with her?

24. Me too. I think TomKat stink. They are so fake. I dislike both of their big, fat, fake smiles. I also think that there is no baby, and if there is she is not his daughter. Remember, he could not get Mimi Rogers pregnant. Also, I believe that Nicole's pregnancy was the reason for the divorce. He can't have kids, therefore, she had an affair and he knew it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For awhile now I have thought the baby thing was a hoax, no one saw them at the hospital-same day Brooke Shields had her baby, even though he says shes beautiful ,no-one to my knowledge has ever seen her. People can wear fake bellies at all stages. And if hes so proud he would want the whole world to see her. He has been acting so screwy for a couple years now, I would not put anything past him. I just cannot figure out why Katie would go along with it, but then she doesn't seem to have much self respect or backbone, plus I do not believe everything I read in the papers,pro or con, but I have had pictures of my babies circulated becouse I was so proud of them....Roxanne
