Brangelina Paparazzo Arrested

maddoxTMZ has learned that a paparazzo was arrested in Malibu Thursday after allegedly jumping the fence at a daycare center that Maddox was attending.

Sources tell us that Clint Brewer jumped the fence just before 10:30 a.m., shortly after Pitt dropped the child off. We're told staff from the daycare center made a citizen's arrest for trespassing. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 25, to the Lost Hills station, where he is being held on $1,000 bail.

The famous family returned to Malibu two weeks ago from Namibia after the birth of the couple's daughter, Shiloh. Since then, the paparazzi has overtaken the area. When Angelina took the baby to a home in Beverly Hills recently, paparazzi were hanging in trees, trying to get a shot.

We're told 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt was never in danger.

Pitt's security chief, Rich Malchar, issued this statement: "School officials and myself feel that some of these paparazzi are like predators who will recklessly take and sell photos of innocent children for money."

17. this is sick! Like that person says, if it wasn't for their cameras, they would all be arrested. My God! There has to be a point where people get disgusted with the methods these sick people use and stop contributing to their monetary gain by not buying these magazines.

19. It is one thing to want pictures of celebrities..but to stalk a child is horrible..this poor little boy did not ask to be famous This photograher should be fined for tresspassing on private property AND for stalking..how does one know if he is really a photographer or is he a pedaphile or kidnapper???? Everyone quit buying
the magazine that these slimeballs work for. People Magazine paid them for their
interview and handled this with class.....

20. Enough is enough! Children are off limits! Image how frightened some of those children probably were for someone to jump the fence probably screaming and yelling "hunting" an innocent 4 year old child. This creature needs to be put under the jail and left there. I see why Angelina and Brad are always holding these kids.

23. It's the price of fame. You can't turn it on and off. First they want the attention, and then they claim they want their privacy. In a perfect world the children of celebrities would be off limits , but unfortunately everything comes with a price. It's all a game the press exploits the stars and the stars exploit the press when they have a movie or a CD to promote.

25. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE A LAW AGAINST PAPARAAZZI, PLEASE! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE SOMEONE'S CHILDREN GET HURT. WE ARE NOT INTILED TO SEE PICTURES OF CHILD BECAUSE THEIR PARENTS ARE FAMOUS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS NOT GETTING PAID FOR PICTURES OF CHILDREN. 26. The paparaazzi are just ridiculous today. Hanging in trees and jumping fences are just taking it too far. And for what? One dumb picture of a celebrity or their child? They make it seem like we, their readers, live to look at them.
This is just my opinion, but I could personally care less about pictures of celebrities. Endangering the lives of children and adults alike for a picture of them is just crazy. If we would just back off a little, they wouldn't have to go into hiding, and we could get better pictures and maybe more info about them.

27. Brangelina's media games have encouraged this behavior. SOrry but it is true.
Had they just spoken honestly to the press earlier about thier relationship, etc. and not tried to make thier kids into media stars to help thier falling popularity - this may not have happened.

28. That had to be horrifying for all the Teachers and the children atthe Day-Care. The Paparazzi needs to leave these children alone. All of this paparazzi stuff has gone way too far. No one thinks about Princess Di and her tragidy because of the paparazzi, they should be charged with endangering the welfare of all of the children, not just Brad and Angelina's child goes to this Center there are many other children there and they put all of the kids in danger. If that were to be you or I who jumped that fence we would have harsher charges on us. But when the Paparazzi does it it is ok?? I don't think so!!! It is time for the charges against these Paparazzi's shoudl be much, much harsher. The laws need to change so the Stars and thier children are safe from the paparazzi at all times. If things don't change soon I am afraid we will have another incident like Princess Di and that will be terrible for all who are involved. The Paparazzi needs to back off, this picture he was after just wasnt worth the steps he took to get that picture. I mean come on, They already have gotten pics of the children with the permission of Brad and Angelina when they came home from Africa. It is time to leave them alone and let them live a happy healthy life with thier children.!!!

29. Personally I Think The Paparaazzi should only have access to the stars at award ceremonies and red carpet events if the magazines want photos of them they should do that privately by appointment only at their studios and they should make sure that a contract is involve to protect their rights and their family also they should be able to walk the street with their kids with out being mob they should travel without fear this is getting serious someone need to stop the paparaazies before somebody get seriously hurt the stars are human being just like us and they deserve respect and privacy.

30. I think it is sick to go as far as stocking a child just for money. I think everyone has a right to their privacy and definitely should never have to be worried about sending their child to a secured day care. This "man" should definitely be prosicuted for harassment, child endangerment and anything else they can nail his a** for! If he wanted the pictures that bad they could have gotten them with the approval of the parents. How would he have felt if it where his child. How embarressing for Maddox to have to be put through that, thankfully he is young enough that it won't affect him as much as if he would have been a little older but people need to be more considerate and remeMber he may be famouse but HE IS STILL A CHILD!!
