Brangelina Paparazzo Arrested

maddox TMZ has learned that a paparazzo was arrested in Malibu Thursday after allegedly jumping the fence at a daycare center that Maddox was attending.

Sources tell us that Clint Brewer jumped the fence just before 10:30 a.m., shortly after Pitt dropped the child off. We're told staff from the daycare center made a citizen's arrest for trespassing. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 25, to the Lost Hills station, where he is being held on $1,000 bail.

The famous family returned to Malibu two weeks ago from Namibia after the birth of the couple's daughter, Shiloh. Since then, the paparazzi has overtaken the area. When Angelina took the baby to a home in Beverly Hills recently, paparazzi were hanging in trees, trying to get a shot.

We're told 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt was never in danger.

Pitt's security chief, Rich Malchar, issued this statement: "School officials and myself feel that some of these paparazzi are like predators who will recklessly take and sell photos of innocent children for money."

UPDATE: Brewer was released from custody tonight. TMZ was there as the accused paparazzo walked out of the Lost Hills station. In a ironic twist, Brewer covered his face when he saw our camera and went back inside the sherrifs station to wait for his ride.

37. Telli that is the biggest piece of crapola I've read in a long time. Did Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava ask that paparrazi guy to stalk them at an amusement park, knocking down another child just to get a picture? Because that happened. I remember years ago when Tom Cruise had to call 911 from his car because a bunch of idiots with cameras were cutting him off. Tom had his daughter in the car at the time. Do you believe he asked for it too? Brad and Angie didn't do anything to make the paparrazi jump over the fence of a pre-school and basically hunt down their 4 year old. If you want someone to blame then blame the paparrazi who would sell their souls and small children be damned to make a quick buck.

38. How about stories about the normal folks, those of us struggling those of us looking to bettter oursleves our children's accomplishments. Who cares about these stars who we pay way to much who say "I receive a stupis salary for what I do anyway." 1/3? Why not 1/2?
Give me a break I am so sick of hearing about this one sleeping with that one and this one's eating disorder give us some real news would you! About real families!

39. Personally the child is so used to being photographed what was the big deal he was not going to kidnap him or harm him i am sick of hearing how brad and angelina have such terrible lives they should not have been stars if they do not want the attention..............

40. The authorities need to take this serious and then crap like this would stop. There was no need for him to enter school grounds. I'm not just thinking about Maddox but also the other children there who have no idea what is going on and the teachers and administrators should not have to worry about mess like this. I really hope he is punished enough to deter actions like this in the future

43. As long as people buy magazines,and tabloids that seek these photos, these stalkarazzi,will continue to do things like this and worse,to take saleable pics.Quit buying the mags, people!
Personaly I feel sorry for the celebs,they aren't allowed to have private lives.I can understand why they went to Namibia.

44. Telli, John, Kelly, Melanie -No matter what you may feel about the parents, this is a 4 year old child, who is not a celebrity and who has not asked for fame. Children must be protected from these predators! I hope you do not have children with your attitudes.
