Brangelina Paparazzo Arrested

maddoxTMZ has learned that a paparazzo was arrested in Malibu Thursday after allegedly jumping the fence at a daycare center that Maddox was attending.

Sources tell us that Clint Brewer jumped the fence just before 10:30 a.m., shortly after Pitt dropped the child off. We're told staff from the daycare center made a citizen's arrest for trespassing. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 25, to the Lost Hills station, where he is being held on $1,000 bail.

The famous family returned to Malibu two weeks ago from Namibia after the birth of the couple's daughter, Shiloh. Since then, the paparazzi has overtaken the area. When Angelina took the baby to a home in Beverly Hills recently, paparazzi were hanging in trees, trying to get a shot.

We're told 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt was never in danger.

Pitt's security chief, Rich Malchar, issued this statement: "School officials and myself feel that some of these paparazzi are like predators who will recklessly take and sell photos of innocent children for money."

46. Another nut obsess about Brad and Angelina relationship, this mean you Telli. I don't think not one celebity would use there kids for their falling popularity. Angry people say (typed) ignorant things. Everyone here agrees the paparazzi have gone to far. We have seen pictures of all three kids, but go to a daycare were children are and I know it was scary is a little to much. It is terrible the children can't have a normal life just going to school because of these stupid people. Something really need to be done about them, before something really bad happen.

47. Yes it is sad that a little 4 year old has to deal with this sort of thing but what I'm wondering is...why is he in day care? Is his mommy working? How about his daddy? Is mommy too busy with her new baby while at the same time planning where she will adopt her next baby to spend time with him. Can't she just let him hang out with the nanny (which I'm sure she has). Can you imagine being 4 and being in Nambia 1 minute and slapped in daycare in Cali. the next? What kind of security is that for a child? (NO matter how much money you have) Why was that little boy thrown in daycare when he should be with his family? I think Angelina is a great entertainer. She is beautiful and does very good things with the money that is poured on her but I disagree with tossing your tiny little 4 year old in daycare

49. Leave the kids alone..they have no choice in any of this!! What a bunch of sickos, it's not like she hasn't had her children with her and in a hundred of pictures....just to avoid all this, it still doesn't work.

50. Good and charge him with stupidity................What is sacred anymore?
What is going on in this country that people cannot lead som sort of normal life and especially a little 4 yr old boy going to school.
Something needs to change.

51. How far will law enforcement let these people go before we say enough is enough. I hope the penalty is severe to make these child stalkers stop before a tragedy occurs. It is so sad. As a mother this story just breaks my heart.

53. #27 what an awful thing to say...this is a young boy and other children in the daycare center. No one knows anything about this photog and because he carries a camera it's all right....HELL NO!

What he did was out of bounds and everybody knows it. You can not go univited on school grounds...look what happen yesterday in SB where an adult went on univited on a middle school and shot 2 kids and killed one of the children playing basketbal. This is a safety issue and just because he's a paparazzi the same rules applies to him...like it would be for anyone. I just can't believe they only charged him with trespassing.

54. Angelina and Brad are you both too busy working to take care of your own kids? Why do you have that sweet little baby boy thrown in daycare? He is not going to be a little boy forever. You should be spending time with him. It is so pathetic and sad. That poor little boy is in Africa one week and just 2 weeks later he is tossed in a California daycare? What kind of life is that for little children? They need more security than that. Where is Zephora? Did you toss her aside too so you can spend time with your new baby while planning where to adopt your next one? It doesn't matter how much money you make. When you decide to be a parent than you need to BE a parent. Think of all the parents out there who would LOVE to spend time with their kids but have no choice to put them in daycare in order to just put food on the table. Shame on you. Guess you two are just too busy being popular rich people to understand that you have just lost a whole day of time in your little boys life. You will never get this day back with him. Hope that whatever was so important to dump him off at daycare was worth it. You will see when he is a grown man how there will be a day when you wish he was just a little boy again for just one moment that he could sit on your lap and put his arms around you with a big 'I love you Mommy'. They grow up fast Angelina! My husband and I are blessed with a high income and I thank 'God' for every moment that I get to spend with my 4+ children (ages 3, 11, 16 and 21 with 1 on the way!) because I DON"T have to leave them with babysitters, daycares and nannies. And, never did. AND WOULDN"T!!! Sometimes when you add a new child to your family suddenly your 4 or 5 year old seems so much more grown. He is still just a little boy! Don't forget that!

55. Let me get this straight -

A WOMAN - who does NOT need to work for a living
- adopts kids from foreign countries -
- and puts them in DAYCARE -
- to be raised by STRANGERS?

AND

after reading this story, the previous "postees" find fault

- NOT with the WOMAN

who apparently does not have what it takes to MOTHER HER CHILD

OH NO

They criticize the MAN

who happens to makes his living taking pictures of wealthy people...

How shameful. How sad. How frightening.

56. While I don't want to encourage that type of behavior, when you decide to be "rich and famous" you sign up for all the bad that goes with the good.

You can give to charity, do good things, but if you want privacy you should get a job that does not put you in the public eye.

If Brad and Angelena were corporate accountants no one would bother them or there children.

58. someone should take a few relatively dominant paparazzi members.........stalk them....24/7...........dig up as much dirt as possible..........bad photos.........the works............................i`ll bet a few celebrities would gladly finance such an undertaking...........ya think?????????

59. They just tortured and killed two American servicemen, but this is what everyone is concerned about? Someone tried to take a picture of Brad Pitts kid? America is a mess !

60. I agree with everyone. I have a 2 year old and I'd be horrified. THIS is why I keep my child home with me; I don't trust anyone. You can't anymore.
