Brangelina Paparazzo Arrested

maddoxTMZ has learned that a paparazzo was arrested in Malibu Thursday after allegedly jumping the fence at a daycare center that Maddox was attending.

Sources tell us that Clint Brewer jumped the fence just before 10:30 a.m., shortly after Pitt dropped the child off. We're told staff from the daycare center made a citizen's arrest for trespassing. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 25, to the Lost Hills station, where he is being held on $1,000 bail.

The famous family returned to Malibu two weeks ago from Namibia after the birth of the couple's daughter, Shiloh. Since then, the paparazzi has overtaken the area. When Angelina took the baby to a home in Beverly Hills recently, paparazzi were hanging in trees, trying to get a shot.

We're told 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt was never in danger.

Pitt's security chief, Rich Malchar, issued this statement: "School officials and myself feel that some of these paparazzi are like predators who will recklessly take and sell photos of innocent children for money."

61. Here's the simple fact... each of you came here and saw this story, and chose to read it, look at the picture, and follow what happened. The paparazzi is not stupid - Predatory? Yes. Dangerous? Of course. Greedy monsters? Absolutely.

But before you throw too many stones, ask yourself why you chose to read this story, and look at the photo that was taken. The paparazzi are responsible for providing those pictures to YOU, and if YOU weren't interested, the pictures wouldn't be worth NEARLY as much, as the paparazzi wouldn't go to such lengths to get them taken.

It's easy to throw stones, but you've got to look at the REAL root of the problem as you sit back and go "gawsh, I feel sooooo sorry for all dem dere celebrities... now, lemme Google those pictures of Brangelina and the baby in Namibia.... ooohh!! And did you SEE those pics of Britney dropping her baby?!? Gawsh, I shuuuure feel sorry for THAT kid...." etc etc etc.....

Look in the mirror, people. I know it's not pretty, and it's not fun, but it's the REAL problem.

62. Bad photographer. Bad. But why are these mega-stars putting their kid in daycare? People who make their living on public visibility shouldn't expect anonymity only when it suits them.

65. Our children are taught at a young age to purchase magazines of their favorite stars by enticing them with pin-ups of their first crushes etc. But of course the new upcoming young stars are happy for every penny spent on them. But, then as they get older and more mature they decide they want their privacy. So, its rather a take the money and run sort of thing. Every frickin' place you look there are billboards and posters of stars in our faces. Can't even go to a McDonalds to eat now without having to see pictures of the newest releases that they want us to spend our money on. Why don't all them celebs stay the hell out of OUR faces? Those giant billboards and posters don't look like paparazzi shots to me...they posed for those pics. They want OUR attention. They want OUR money. They want US to leave them the hell alone. LEAVE US ALONE YOU MONEY HUNGRY SELFISH WIERDO CELEBS. JUST LEAVE US ALONE!!!

66. WHy is he in Daycare. It's not like they are working parents.

67. #48-Jo, Maddox attends pre-school/prekindergarten, not DAYCARE. He is not in DAYCARE, this is incorrectly stated in this story. Brad Pitt had just dropped the child off for school, this is the same school he attended before the family went to Europe/Africa. Maddox will be 5 in August and most 4 year olders attend some sort of school before they enter kindergarten at age 5.

68. How sad that people can not tell the difference. The parents are in show business. NOT THEIR CHILDREN

69. I don't think that photographer's should be in grade schools or high schools for any reason. Except for the traditional Annual Photographs, etc.

There are phases in life we go through, and without them, we cannot fully evolve into responsible politcial/social beings. So as children and young adults, we should be able to feel and rationalize our feelings no matter the subject.

70. oh my gosh- that's just plain stupid and senseless. I mean, c'mon they already killed Princess Di, and now they're endangering someone?! I mean that's wrong in the first place, but especially to a child. Stars are people. They're famous because they're entertainment to us and they got really good at they're profession. And by the way, isn't it illegal to stalk and endanger someone or even kill? All paparazzi should go to jail or that firey place underground. I hope that everything should go well for the family now.

71. All these overly paid stars want us to leave them alone. Well, I want them to leave us the hell alone. Everywhere you look there are GIANT billboards and posters with their faces stuck on there. We can't even go to a damn McDonalds to eat anymore without having to see the newest releases stuck in our faces! And, these pictures that are stuck up everywhere for us to see don't appear to be paparazzi shots to me. I do believe these were all posed for by the celebrity. They WANT our attention. They WANT our money. But then they are done with us. Kind of a take our money and run sort of thing. If they want US to leave them alone then they should stay out of OUR faces and leave us the hell alone. Works both ways. Look what they do to our children! Buy a magazine and get a pin up of your favorite new and upcoming star! Hard to tell an excited day dreaming little girl that hey this new star just wants your money he doesn't want fan letters or actually ANYTHING to do with you. You should leave him alone sweetheart! This comment page only makes Brad and Angelina (worlds greatest parents) haha (throw their little boy in daycare) more popular. Probably makes their movie asking price go up. Its all just a game that goes round and round while putting more and more money in their pockets.

72. I think that dude went toooooo far on this one. And he is the one responsible for the idiocy of his actions...not Angelina & Brad, not their occupation, not you nor I buying magazines. He should have known when to draw the line.

73. #48 I see nothing wrong with a four (almost five year old) child going to a daycare/preschool to spend time socializing with other children his own age. What should Brad and Angelina do, never let the child go to school, keep him with them 24/7. I don't think that's healthy for a child. The report says that he was dropped off at 10:30, which means that he's not in daycare/preschool full time. So I fail to see the problem.

74. Too many people are interested in these stars private lives yes when they became stars they knew that they would be photographed but why do their children have to suffer that consequence as well! As far as jumping the fence at a day care center what about the other children that also attend that day care if I was one of the other parents I would not be too happy about it, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie have showed their family pictures to the world in People Magazine and this woman donates a third of her salary to good causes, It's sad to me that it is all about the almighty dollar and how much money someone makes off a photo how sad...
