Brangelina Paparazzo Arrested

maddoxTMZ has learned that a paparazzo was arrested in Malibu Thursday after allegedly jumping the fence at a daycare center that Maddox was attending.

Sources tell us that Clint Brewer jumped the fence just before 10:30 a.m., shortly after Pitt dropped the child off. We're told staff from the daycare center made a citizen's arrest for trespassing. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 25, to the Lost Hills station, where he is being held on $1,000 bail.

The famous family returned to Malibu two weeks ago from Namibia after the birth of the couple's daughter, Shiloh. Since then, the paparazzi has overtaken the area. When Angelina took the baby to a home in Beverly Hills recently, paparazzi were hanging in trees, trying to get a shot.

We're told 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt was never in danger.

Pitt's security chief, Rich Malchar, issued this statement: "School officials and myself feel that some of these paparazzi are like predators who will recklessly take and sell photos of innocent children for money."

76. I know the paparazzi have to make a living but when do you decide that some things aren't worth the money

77. Some of you are so hartless and twisted to think that children deserve to be punished because you dont like their parents. To Europeans Americans would sell their mothers for a quick buck and I'm starting to believe that. These people had to go out of their country to get some privacy during the birth of their child. It is so funny how they went to a country where most of the people are poor and none of them tried to sell them out but they come back to their own country and their child is being attacked at school. This is why this country is not so safe because we allow people to be victimed just because.

78. Some people feel like Brad & Angelina asked for this. I don't. But even if they did the employees, the Jolie-Pitt children and the other children at the school did not ask for and do not need to spend their lives worried about such outrageous intrusions

79. If you decide to keep your child home that is great but that is your decision. They have a right to choose if Maddox should attend daycare

80. I think it is awful, however; it is the fact of celebrity life. Everyone is wanting more and more pictures to sell for such a high price, and I don't blame these celebrities for taking their children to another country. I can only imagine that they get frustrated by the fact they cannot and do not have the advantages of daily life, like going out to get the mail or picking up some groceries without being harassed for a picture or autograph.

81. Of course I feel sorry for the child, who wouldn't? But when I really think about the paparaazzi, Mr. Pitt and Ms. Jolie, I believe everything about them is fair game. They've done this to themselves, those adopted children, and now their own flesh and blood. One is an adulterer and the other is "the other woman" who had no care and obviously no thought for her peer, Jennifer Aniston.

82. Of course he's not in daycare full time...he just came from Nambia. Don't they have friends or family with children? Hell, they could HIRE children to come and play with their kids. Or are they trying to teach their child to learn to mingle with the general public even though they sure wouldn't do it.

83. The Brangelina's have plenty of money why don't they take turns and raise their own kids ?After all the photo opts to bring attention to poor children who have no parents, they could set an example and raise thier own. After all they adopted them to raise or was it just to appear as benevalent human beings?

84. Some people prefer to send their child to preschool for socialization instead of just having them play at home with friends. Being in a structured environment like that helps to get them prepared for kindergarten. What's the big deal? Most children Maddox's age spend at least some time in a preschool-type setting. And unless you're with Brad and Angelina 24/7 you can't possible know if they mingle with the general public.

88. Why don't every body leave these people alone they are human just like every body else? This family wants there privacy to raise there children like every body in this world> so just stay out of there bussiness>

89. OMG.....You know everyone is always saying that because celebrities have chosen to live their professional lives in front of the public, that they have no right to expect privacy in their private lives....HELLO, what they do is a JOB, not a way of life. Sure some people may thrive on the spotlight and may even crave the attention but we are talking about skanks like Paris Hilton. Those who don't should not have to go to another continent to marry, give birth, or do any other activity. I don't know it has taken nearly a decade after Diana's death to address this problem. A stalker is a stalker, and if you do it for money, aren't you just another whore?

90. What's the point of taking a picture of Maddox.? He's just a little boy. The papparazi have gone too far and someone innocent will get hurt. What will it take to change this? It must be horrible to live like that - wondering who's watching you 24/7.
