Brangelina Paparazzo Arrested

maddoxTMZ has learned that a paparazzo was arrested in Malibu Thursday after allegedly jumping the fence at a daycare center that Maddox was attending.

Sources tell us that Clint Brewer jumped the fence just before 10:30 a.m., shortly after Pitt dropped the child off. We're told staff from the daycare center made a citizen's arrest for trespassing. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department dispatched deputies and took Brewer, 25, to the Lost Hills station, where he is being held on $1,000 bail.

The famous family returned to Malibu two weeks ago from Namibia after the birth of the couple's daughter, Shiloh. Since then, the paparazzi has overtaken the area. When Angelina took the baby to a home in Beverly Hills recently, paparazzi were hanging in trees, trying to get a shot.

We're told 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt was never in danger.

Pitt's security chief, Rich Malchar, issued this statement: "School officials and myself feel that some of these paparazzi are like predators who will recklessly take and sell photos of innocent children for money."

91. i agree that the children are innocent and they might not ask for the "fame" and pressure of being photographed, but i think everyone is failing to realize these children are essentially celebrities, too, and believe it or not- regardless of how crazy the media may seem about it in process of obtaining photographs for fans to enjoy- part of being famous is having your picture taken. the line has been crossed long ago with the extent the paparazzi goes to obtain pictures but if these celebrites dont want their pictures taken or any stress pertaining to them then they might want to reconsider their profession.

92. And yet, even though we all think it's awful to ambush celebrities and their families, we all love to see those pictures. People Magazine tells of the horrors that celebs go through with the media, and then publishes all those pictures that we all know were taken the same way! Even this article shows a picture of Maddox, while we all think that the children should be off limits. We all make this a lucrative business. If we didn't buy the pictures, no one would be taking them.

93. I don't think #48 is an idiot. I think #48 sounds like she is just trying to give Angelina some mother to mother advice. Kids DO grow up fast. I know! Have 3 grown myself.

94. CPS should be called in for endangering the children's safety and he just got a slap in the face!? He should be banned and his license taken away.

95. WHY DOES THE MEDIA THINK WE REALLY CARE WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING???????????

96. They are just people too, I know that they are famous but they deserve some respect when it comes to their children, that photographer needs a bigger bond maybe if the people taking the pictures received bigger fines and stronger sentences they would think twice about invading someones privacy. That poor little boy can not help that his parents are famous and should be left alone to be a regular kid.

97. Maddox is in preschool/prekindergarten, NOT DAYCARE. He will be 5 in August and then go to kindergarten.

98. Why would anybody want to take a picture of that ugly kid?

99. Perhaps if arrest's and penalties were handed out it would help allow some of these people to have some of the privacy which EVERYONE should be allowed.

100. I can't believe somebody thinks it is alright to stalk 5 year old into a school. You must not be a parent or you are clearly heartless.

Maddox will be 5 in August, how can any right thinking mother fault Angelina and Brad for putting him in pre K. These same people were calling her names when they were in Namibia, saying the child should be in school and not hanging out with adults.

America has become such a judgemental country, either due to jealousy or ignorant, for a mother to say that these child deserves to be stalked when his pictures have been taken hundreds of times is beyond the pale.

If they have their pictures taken at airports, they are called names, if they refuse to talk about their relationship, they accused of making people interested, some people even said there was no need to go to Namibia, now we know that was the best thing they could have done.

101. I am interested in celebrities but I do not buy the papers and I really don't care much about their children or who is dating who.

102. I agree with the comments that maddox SHOULD be going to day care for socialisation aspects. He is nearly 5. When he was with his family in Paris and namibia, there were critics saying that he should be at home, living a normal child's live including going to play school so he could have friends. Now he is home, playing with friends at a play school/day care, living as normal a child's live as possible which includes NOT being with either Mommy or Daddy 24/7.

103. who said they have to have their children with them 24/7. I see nothing wrong with choosing daycare

104. I cancelled my subscription to People magazine and have never bought any of the other tabloids. If the demand for pics was not there, then these guys would get a life and a real job! I know People mag has other stories in it as well, but I cant see myself contributing to this phenomena

105. appalling... don't buy tabloids, magazine... why has the public morbid fascination about the so-called famous people?
some comments on this post are insuferably stupid and vacuous... some americans are simply f*cked up & simpletons
