"Deal or No Deal" Catches McPheever

Katharine McPheeFashion designer Dina Bar-El has created outfits for "Desperate Housewives" and "The O.C.," but after having her dresses appear on a little show called "American Idol," Bar-El's phone has been ringing off the hook.

Bar-El designed all of the gorgeous gowns worn by "Idol" runner-up Katharine McPhee on the finale. 

NBC loved Bar-El's outfits so much that they have asked her to dress all the suitcase-holding models on the upcoming season of  "Deal or No Deal."

Bar-El told TMZ that the 32 lovely ladies will all sport the same black gown McPhee wore on "Idol" pictured here.

Another show jumping on the Bar-El bandwagon is FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance."  Dina will create outfits for the show's finalists and with the Emmys coming up in September, she expects to be dressing some of TV's finest.

Dina Bar-El's busy schedule is further proof that Taylor Hicks wasn't the only winner to emerge from this season's "American Idol."

211. Cat was my favorite from the very beginning. I am glad she got so far in the competition. As for the bulemia, if she had a problem with that, that is her business. If she didn't, thats fine too. A lot of you just try to start something about some of these talented kids. Just like Clay. Now there is a lot of you spreading the rumor that he is gay. If he is, that is his choice. 212. Catherine is a talented singer, I agree. She is a beautiful girl, too. I did feel as though her comments during the idol competition were a bit phoney.

214. Yes she was beautiful, she has a beautiful voice, but I think it's rediculous that she had to spew that information out to the entire world. Yes its a horrible disease but why is it when you are famous you have to tell the whole world about your horrible dramatic life. Why cant you tell us about all the good things you did in your life. She never even talked about how bulimia almost ruin her life, how it made her feel day after day. Why she did it. She could used that story to help other teenage girls fight the disease. That it's not worth ruining your life over to be the skinniest person out there. I used to be thin and fit in everything. I'm eight months pregnant and I gained over 80 lbs. But I have been down the eating disorder road and I wont' go back to it. So I know what it's like to have it and get rid of it. But I didn't talk about it to everyone in the world. And I sure didn't use it for atteniton.

222. I heard (and saw for myself) that the dress Katherine wore on the final American Idol was way too tight for her and looked terrible (which it did). Hopefully the girls on Deal will look better in the dress (no doubt they will). Can't understand this one.

I think that as far as the abortion thing goes, no i dnt agree with it but its happened and if people supported Katherine for the things that she does then mabey she woulddn't be in the state shes in!!! If a 50 yr old man is going out with a 70 year old women is that differant to a 22 yr old women going out with a 41 yr old man.
