61. You are beautiful and have an amazing voice. I love all the clothes you wore. You should go far if you keep your cool. Don't get married right away, you are too young. Those marriages do not last once the fan fare passes & you have time to think about it. One thing at a time. Get your career going & there will be plenty of time to make a commitment later on. This advice from a grandmother who watched a beautiful daughter & granddaughter both make this mistake. You will probably do the same thing anyway, but I hope I don't have to say " I told you so". 62. I haven't followed American Idol except to see who won on AOL. I have read about Katharine's Bulemia problems, and I don't think anyone would do that as a publicity stunt! Bulemia is a serious illness that can require hospitalization and/or inpatient treatment at a facility that specializes in eating disorders. It is very difficult to treat because the patient uses food as a coping mechanism. They have very low self-esteem. It can go undetected for years, and often the person with bulemia will look like the average person, unlike an anorexic. The problem is their electrolyes are completely out of balance which can cause a heart attack. Also their metabolism gets all messed up. I can tell you this because I have first hand experience with bulemia.

67. Why all the negativity. Is this what the world and people are all about? Good for her and her accomplishments at such a young age.

For EVERYONE that bashes her or anyone else, does it make you feel better to down someone or find only negative in someone. Whatever happened to the positive in someone. I guess everyone that says bad things about her personality or her life and what she is done is all of that supposed to make you feel better about yours. 68. Most of you don't seem to understand the difference between Anorexia, and Bulemia. Anorexia nervosa is when they look like a skeleton. Bulemia nervosa is when they look like normal people, and Katharine is by no means fat! Are you people nuts?

Just wait before you make any judgments on Katharine, did any of you see the interview on Idol that when asked how often she saw her family during the contest she replied she spoke to them once a week on the phone, now am I just too into my own family or is there more to this, keep in mind they live in L.A., She is very easy to dislike before you know her. I saw an interview with her and Ryan and Taylor where she was asked how close the final decesion was. Her reply was that it was not possible to get that specific information which is odd thew next to the last week they gave the results on the show where they all got pretty clos to 30%. They just want to be able to market her but the truth is it was a blow-out. OK she is beautiful but Miss USA would have been a better venue for her. Hip, cool and hot she is not.

70. Funny, Katherine was the most beautiful, talented singer to be on American Idol since its very beginning. Lisa, how dare you say that you hate Kat and then follow that up with "she is stunning"???? Sounds like you don't have a brain at all. As said above by so many others, you don't know Kat at all. 71. I remember reading (and seeing) that Katherine's dress was "too tight" and "looked terrible" according to critics. I agree! What's the deal? I was really hoping never to see anything again to remind me of Katherine McPhoney. Can't you just stay with the same designer on Deal or No Deal? It's been OK so far.

72. Sure, she's a beauty, but can she sing? We all knew from the get-go, Kat was a visual delight like 100's of other wanna be singers, the question still remains the same and the answer is the same: yes, sometimes. I will be so glad when Taylor gets out of that Idol contract and goes back to writing songs and singing 'em. The real Taylor wrote Under the Radar and auditioned in Vegas. Bucky and Kellie have down-home personality and Mandiva is divine, forever.
