19. Who the hell is Kristin Cavalleri? It doesn't matter, even though I was a BIG fan of Dallas - I don't think a remake is a good idea. Nothing is ever as good as the original! Also, Jennifer Lopez is a no-no for the role of Ellen.

21. Totally agree with yomama. . . . can't figure out why why why they would cast Jennifer Lopez as Sue Ellen. Does not fit at all. Sue Ellen's character was a Texas-born boozin' beauty queen with a swagger. I could almost see Catherine Zeta Jones or even Angelina Jolie before Lopez!!

22. Maybe Travolta can pull off being JR but JLo is not Sue Ellen! Hello? We're talking about supposed Texans from the 70's. A Latina woman wouldn't fly with an Oil tycoon back then. With a long time running night soap like Dallas they need to find actors that look similar to the old characters. How is anyone to know JLo is Sue Ellen without calling her name? Katie for Lucy Ewing's character? She was short big busted fire cracker character. I think they need to rethink the casting on this remake.

23. I don't believe Katie Cassidy is David's daughter. He only has a son - Beau. Isn't Katie one of Shaun's daughters? I thought he had a daughter named Caitlin. Better check your sourses.

Yes, David has a beautiful daughter, Katie, with his long time love of 35 years, Sherry Williams......Beau is a creation of David and Sue, who was a fan of his in England and they got married after Beau was born. Katie is a incredible actress and I am so excited the part went to her. She deserves it!

25. Are you living under a rock. David Cassidy has a beautiful daughter with his long time lover of 35 years, Sherry Williams. Although, I think there may be a little "riff" right now. Beau was created between David and Sue, an English fan, and they married after Beau was born.
Its so exciting Katie got this role, she is perfect and an incredible actress....I hope she has more success than she has ever expected, she deserves it for her hard work and studying.

27. Jennifer Lopez belongs in movies with Will Smith. Jamie Fox. She was so not right for the Dallas role. SHe is always in the wrong movies with the wrong people. SHe is A PR from the bronx who belongs in roles that fit her look. How could they put her in that Wedding Planner movie as an Italian.. WHat were they thinking. Why couldn't she just be PR in that movie why an Italian?
