92. Taylor Hicks IS the Real Deal! I love it that he can look straight into the eye of the person speaking. This is an intuitive guy that runs on his "sixth sense" and if people want to "deal" with him, they are going to have to be "real" people also. He only "hangs" with people he can trust. Are there any "real" people in Hollywood? His search goes on.

94. I thought the whole point of American Idol was to showcase America's young talent, so what happened here? Not that Taylor doesn't have some talent, but a great, or even good singing voice? Hello! Wake up America and clean out your collective ears. There were so many better singing voices on this season's American Idol, I almost felt blind-sided because I did watch every single episode, but not once did I think that Taylor Hicks would be crowned. Oh well......

95. I think the video just goes to show how stressful Taylor's new life will be. Wasn't this supposed to be a fun relaxing night out for him? He handled the situation with grace and manners. That's why he won A.I.. You can tell the love of the music and the talent. Anyone who doesn't believe it should pick up hi s CD Under The Radar. It is original music and it is awesome. My personal favorite is Hell of a day. The vocals playing off the slide guitar is brilliant. Can't wait for Mr. Hicks to tour by himself free from th A.I. restraints. Oh well have to settle for seeing the A.I. tour in connecticut for now. my prayers are with Mr. Hicks to keep the faith in the music and to have the strength to fend off his detractors and stay true to himself.

Found the already growing Soul Patrol members...although that name had not been voted on quite yet...and met people from all over the world! As soon as I saw you, I KNEW this is THE man who will give today's music the kick it needs! I voted every single Tuesday, non-stop for the 2 hours, bought a Cell Phone to text vote, searched the internet for any news of you, past and present, bought UTR and sent many copies to SOULdiers in Iraq. But as soon as I heard your audition, I ran to the computer, signed up on AI, found the quickly growing Taylor fans...soon to be named the Soul Patrol and I have met and made friends with people from around the world! I think that KAT should have won i mean listening to her sing could make me fall asleep, but not because her vice is boring, but because her voice is beautiful I mean the song that the producers wrote for taylor and kat wasn't far. taylor's song fit his range and made him look like zues. while kat's song she had trouble hitting the low notes and really struggled which made her look like a peasant for zues. to it's almost like the producers set KAT up to LOSE! but i'll never know. but it's not that i don't think taylor can't see, i just think he was set up to WIN against KAT.
