Star's Range Rover Rage

Star Jones just can't catch a break!  She attended socialite Claudia Cohen's party last Saturday in the Hamptons, accompanied by hubby Al Reynolds and fellow (well, former fellow) daytime talk show hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa -- a needed break after a busy week of triggering a feud with Barbara Walters.

At the end of the party, a TMZ spy says, a mix-up with her parking ticket left Star cooling her heels at the valet stand, until almost all of the guests had gone and all but two of the cars were claimed – a Honda and her Range Rover.

According to our spy, Jones told the beleaguered attendant,  "You better get my Range Rover before that HONDA!" Luckily for him, he complied, and she sped off into the Long Island night.   Our source says Star left without tipping the valet.

17. America, honestly, get real! Star Jones Reynolds is as any other American trying to get ahead. Matter what the situation, it is not the business of the public. She has been very gracious on interviews and what's the wrong in being excited about joining with the one you love? It's not a battle of the "divas'," it's the battle of the human beings who want something to talk about. Entertainment is entertainment. What happened to "after 9/11?" Open a door for someone and say, "thank you!"

18. i like #10 i think she is pretty classless too. about the first two programs on the view i rewlly liked her, then she started getting all conceited anf i just quit watching. the only reason i watched after that is if barbra walters was going to be on.

19. I think it's really classless of others to try and down star so at this time. First of all any sain woman has a right to be happy about getting married at forty in this youth obsessed world. Secondly you would feel skrewed to if after nine years of good work at a company, they want you to lie about your departure and then try and discredit you because you chose to leave on your own terms. Last but not least, you would have been pissed at that valet too and he did not deserve a tip. Give me a break people! Walk a mile in her shoes for the last week and see how you would feel!

20. many stars have been hired and fired.most have handled it with class.i have watched the view inspite of star and elizabeth.star was let go because of the viewers.not because she is black or because she lost weight.if you watched the last year.you can see the changes in her demeaner and interaction with the other cohost.merdith and joy showed dismay several times.star new when she opened her mouth she said the wrong things.she is not the expert on men or people as she thinks she is,otherwise she would not be in this situation.she is always contradicting herself or flat out lyingshe should go into politics

21. Would it have really hurt her to tip the attendant? We all have bad days when things go wrong. Or is she just too cheap to tip?

27. You people actually believe this story?

28. Star is a c***. Plain and simple.

29. Most of of the negative commentators here are jealous, uneducated, racist, pigs who wouldn't know a woman of substance if they could get off THEIR fat butts and take a look. Star is an achiever and a woma, who demands respect. Some people, and Barbara Walters, just can't handle that.

30. Personally, I think anyone that would go up against someone like Barbara Walter's is digging their own grave. Give me a break. No one had ever heard of Star before "The View".
