31. Come on people get a grip. Just because she is famous doesn't mean she doesn't feel insulted when people are downright rude. How many of you would start yelling if 20 strangers blocked your way to your car and were pushing and shoving you? The problem isn't Lindsey, It's the photographers who seem to feel they have the right to deny the rights of others because they are famous.

32. are you joking (all these people that are leaving comments) obviously she wasnt nice to the papparazzi because they were following her around, not only annoying, but its her birthday...and later she was mean cause she was a bit drunk. either you guys are all freaks and dont know what that is like, but you get a lot more friendly. second of all, who the f*ck cares about lindsays butt, she has a better body than you most likely, but no one goes around telling you to get a "butt job", you guys are so hypocritical

33. She wasn't drunk or happy. She was fed up and sarcastically saying, "Please video tape me and photograph me!" It's either make believe she doesnt mind or go nuts. No matter how rich or famous you are, I am sure there comes a time when you get tired of being watched 24/7. I feel sorry for these people. I dont care if publicity gets them noticed and that leads to more money. They are still people and there should be a line drawn at some point.

Hello, she is not 21 and we always see footage and pics of her drinking and drunk off her ass yet no one says anything! Her mom obviously did not raise her right and she is such a wanna be. Now she's trying to be Kate Moss. It's annoying.

37. Give the wee one a break not everone is on point 24*7. And please, when your allowed to do anything without consequence your gonna do it. And 99% of you would be doing exactly what she is if you could. And let her do as much blow as she wants its her life, accept it or dont watch her movies listen to her music or buy the mags that glorify her messed up life. Put her out of business unless you like to see someone else destroy their lives before you eyes.

a) right alongside her at the party
b) in the next room, at the same party
c) at some other bar/party acting just like her daughter

Lindsay's mother's eyes are pretty much closed to her daughter's antics because she's too busy enjoying her daughter's spotlight. It's creepy and it's wrong.

I do not see what the big fuss is about this girl? Can she even act? I haven't seen proof yet.

41. Why is everyone hating on Lindsay Lohan? In the scheme of life, what has she done to you?? She hails from a dysfunctional family and being a Hollywood starlet, she is using the partying, etc. as her escape. Although I do not agree that this the most effiicient method in handling her life, but it is understandable. She is a talented actress, regardless of her personal drama. She is also gorgeous and I believe she is a beautiful person--she could use more hips to give her a more definitive shape.

43. Miss Lohman is a child and nothing but that. Her acting is very maginal. Agents representing her have all the talent .....the talent to get her big bucks.....kids shouldn't legally be able to get that kind of big money......they think making the big bucks automatically gives them maturity......not true. For Gods sake she's only 20 21 yrs old............and she might not want the cameras shadowing her but she would be whinning like the child she is if they disappeared. TAKE IT TO THE BANK ! !

44. First off, she is 20. Drinking age is 21. The Cops were there at where she was shopping and that is why she did not get in her own car. The Smirnoff. She goes to clubs all the time. I am sure she drinks at them too. Where is the law? These kids get away with this all the time. That is a big problem with teenage stars. They get introduced to this life style at an early age and get hooked. Then total burn out. She is with a different guy all the time. What a mess she is. Where is her mother? Can you say where are they now?

45. Pepper spray them next time Linds! I'd be pretty pissed off too if people were swarming around me like that, and taking photos to boot, what if I am having a bad hair day. They were clearly trying to provoke her, they should have asked if they could take a picture and then moved on. I would have pepper-sprayed them if they swarmed my personal space like that. All you haters are just jealous. If you were good looking enough you would be a celebrity too and getting swarmed the same way.
