46. Ok ya know what it would be nice to see Suri but for what ever reason she is not in the public most likely because of people like you. This ass nine. Who cares what they are doing with her as long as she is healthy and in the proper car seat rear facing and not being hung out of a hotel room window. The whole Nicole and him adopting kids did you ever think that maybe she just wanted to do the right thing and help another child and save her body as appose to have a child(ren) of her own while there is other child(ren) that she can help out of their suffering.

However when they are ready to bring into the public eye then they will and good for them for not.

48. What confuses me about those pictures is this... why are they wearing clothes like that when its the middle of summer and did anyone notice the Starbucks coffee cups? They are the ones they use around the holidays. These cant be current pictures.

50. This whole mess with Suri Cruise is just a crock of crap on the part of Tom and Katie.
After speaking with 3 District Attorneys in CA today, I was told that it is not possible in the state of CA for a relative (friend) to sign a birth certificate for two biological parents, without that relative or friend, having a credible power of attorney - which gives them the legal right - to sign any document - up to and including a birth certificate, death certificate or even a divorce decree if necessary. Why both "overjoyed parents" wouldn't want to sign the paper though, really boggles my mind.
Second, according to legal documents both in CA - and in NJ - which is Toms home state, Tom NEVER, legally changed his name on record. He just started using an alias (at least) according to both states, because no one, seems to have record of a legal name change which means that if he signed the birth certificate with the name, Tom Cruise, it is definetly not legal. Toms legal name is Thomas Stepan Mapother IV, not Tom Cruise as he chooses to use. As for Katie (now Kate) it's Katherine Noelle Holmes, not Kit, not Kat, not Kate and not Katie. All of those are nicknames - recognized by the courts - as what they call a "legal alias", but not to be used (legally) when signing official (legal) documents.
Tom: You and your little girl toy are just starting to look more and more stupid every single day. If using your child to get a higher pay off, than Brad and Angelina is your only goal in showing off this child, than you can keep the baby and your photos. If you as an adult can't see what immaturity it is to use your child, for money, than you truly need help.
As for the scams you've pulled over on your fans, for many years, long before you ever had part in MI movies, maybe someone who saw first hand, what a scam artist you are (even now) I could tell some stories about things you did, while filming Top Gun in CA, because my dad, was one of your flight instructors for the movie - and if people that were there - can talk about what an a** you were then, what remains of your fan base, would realize that you've only gotten to be a bigger a** with age - and that folks - is the truth.
For years, you have been the guy who tried to get things going with women because you thought you were gods gift to this earth. Somehow, that seems, to never have changed - and the lies you told to do it - well, suprise, suprise, suprise. Would we expect anything else, from a guy who acts like a nut case who escaped from a lock up center???
For years, you've admitted to the world that you're sterile. You didn't have kids with Mimi - but yet - after she leaves your sorry butt, she has children that she so badly wanted, after telling the world, what a fraud you are (she said it first) not me folks. She readily admitted in People magazine after their divorce that Tom was totally less than truthful about his medical status - pertaining to the martial relationship - right from the get go. Hmm, funny how that works, that some of your fans, actually remember back that far, isn't it Tom???
Then, marriage number two, to Nicole Kidman. Again, the issue comes up, with you having children - and you told the world again - that you are sterile (and when Nicole found out she was pregnant) with a child, you slapped her with divorce papers so fast, it made her head spin around, and you dragged her through the mud, basically calling her a slut and a tramp to the world, for a whole year, even during proceedings for your divorce. But now, you expect the folks who have remained to end as part of your "so called fan base" to believe that you aren't a lier of the worst kind and you expect people to believe, that Kate just magically got pregnant by you?
Tom, come on now. What kind of idiots do you think people are, in regards to you and your dishonesty - that seems to be - never ending? Things like Kates pregnancy don't just happen out of the blue. I know, I'm a mom, to two children of my own (both under two years old) and I know that things can change with having children, since my husband and I, weren't supposed to be able to have kids - but did you ever stop for one minute - and actually ever go find out, if the child that Nicole was pregnant with, could have been yours? No, instead you trashed her good name (and for some of us that were your fans) that was just a little more than enough, to cut your own throat - at least - it was for me!
As for the two children that you and Nicole adopted, I hope that Nicole and Keith, sue you for sole custody of those children, sighting grounds, that you've allowed your children to be turned into little cult members and that she is able to "detoxify" their brains, from all the garbage, you've allowed them to be led to believe.
Your days in the sun are over Tom. You're a has been, washed out, low life with nothing better to do than bash those about issues - of which - you know nothing and quite frankly, if I was your ex, I'd sue your pants off for character defamation, fraud, libel and slander.
You've allowed a young woman, who idolized you, to be turned into a brainwashed, robot - who not only acts like a robot - but actually looks like one too. She needs to get rid of rubbish like you and find a real man (a normal, sane) man who has goals and knows what the word, "love" really means. She deserves that and deserves to be respected - not treated like a prisoner - in her own home, because you choose to have watch dogs surrounding her, 24 / 7. Tom, that isn't normal - and normal people - don't live that way!!
Here's a thought: Since the law in Ohio says that a biological parent, can have an adult child declared mentally unstable and unsafe (both to themselves and their children) maybe Kates parents, can have her legally declared temporarily insane, have a court order signed in CA - to have her picked up - by a medical assessment team, brought back to Ohio and then fight for legal custody of Suri (under the grandparents law clause in Ohio) and take the child - due to the fact - that Tom and Kate - weren't legally married - when Suri was born, legally making the child, Kates child (and not jointly) Tom and Kates child, because the only parent that is legally accepted in Ohio, is Kate.
Mr. and Mrs. Holmes. I hope that you are reading this bit of advice. I know it's harsh, but maybe - just maybe - you should consider this step as a last resort to get your daughter and supposed granddaughter back where they belong.

However the registration number for this nurse differs on both of the certificates and the number given on Suri’s doesn’t even match up to anyone.

54. Tom and Kate will have our sympathy if something is really wrong with their new baby. However, we can only speculate on what is keeping the parents from showing their baby to their friends, or showing a photo of little Suri. It would seem that if the baby is being kept from view, then something might certainly be wrong.

Here's what I am wondering: Remember how Tom bought an expensive Ultra sound machine for his private use to see his baby developing in Kate's womb?
He was performing B-Scans on his unborn baby, defying the advice of doctors and ultra sound technicians who have always warned against flagrant misuse and overuse of the ultra sound equipment. Is it posible that the over use of this piece of medical equipment could have someone done some harm or damage to the developing fetus, resulting in some problems in the new baby?

Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes> Want to end the rampant curiosity on what is possibly wrong with your new baby, Suri? It's elementary really, simply show the baby to one of your circle of friends, or just post a photo of your happy new family or one of the baby and all of this strange speculation on what is wrong with your baby will just vanish into thin air and go away.

Which begs the question: Is this just a publicity stunt?

What a bizarre way to gain more publicity, to make the public think something is wrong with your new baby without trying to rectify the whole situation. Sadly, now, everyone wonders what is wrong with your poor little baby.

56. They dont have to parade the baby all over the town with cameras in her face...They can simply get a private photo shoot, sell it to a mag and be done with all this speculation. this is crazy! Maybe it was L Ron Hubbards sperm and it was so old that there is something wrong with the baby.

58. Suri has a cleft lip & palate (which is a HORRIBLE thing for $cientologists, there are NO defects allowed in the Cult Church of $cientology), and she's being hidden until old enough for surgery to hide repair it.

Assuming, of course, that Katie actually HAD a baby on April 18, which frankly I don't!

60. To hear the baby is "funny-looking" is saddening. If said clerk did in fact see Suri, and Suri is funny-looking, then I imagine it's quite likely that the poor child has a birth defect or defects.
