The Smokin' Hot Olsen Twins

Mary-Kate and Ashley OlsenWhen not sporting oversized sunglasses or visiting Starbucks, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen also find a little time to run their billion dollar corporation entitled Dualstar Entertainment Group. And by a little time we mean once a month.

TMZ has learned that the 20-year-old media titans and some-time NYU students, come into Dualstar's Culver City, Calif. offices around every 30 days.

But instead of attending executive meetings or going over financial reports, the doll-like duo prefer to hole themselves up in an office and chain smoke cigarettes for hours at a time.

Besides being an appetite supressant and bad for you, according to California law smoking indoors in public places also happens to be illegal.

While the former "Full House" stars may no longer need Uncle Jesse's permission, we bet the police and the Surgeon General probably have a thing or two to say about their latest extra-curricular activities.

31. Obesity kills more people than smoking. In the free country I live in Europe, there are many people in their 80's still smoking and riding bicyles.

Americans don't have any problem spending trillions on bombing people that never were a threat to them.

MAY THEY ALL ROT IN HELL!!

America SUCKS!! BIG TIME!!

32. They need to shape up! They look like bagladies, dirty, messy, unhealthy

33. I'd love to see these getting it on with each other in a lesbian porn flick. Now that I would pay to see. I wonder if that's what they're doing in that room together.

34. It is just amazing. We make these no talent oddities lots of money and they go wierd on us. (Yes, we made them the loot: stars seem to forget about the public-the BUYING public- these days). these two need to go away...maybe the smoking will help.

35. Give the girlies a break. We're you worked since a baby in front of a camera? I know it's fun to make fun of them, but hey they deserve whatever they want to do after that kind of upbringing.

36. In September it will be 3 years since my mother died. She smoked since she was 13. It was painful to see her on oxygen, painful to rush her to the hospital every time she got pneumonia, painful everytime she turned blue because she couldn't breathe. Losing my mother was the most excruciating thing I've endured in my life so far. As for smokers, when I see them it makes me sad, but they're gonna smoke whether you want them to or not. It's up to them and only them to give it up.

38. "10. wow people who smoke my as well just give up because it kills you ..."

Smoking, a bus, life, your government. Something is gonna kill you, so just give up everything now.

I feel sorry for the twins. They were robbed of a childhood, and are criticized incessantly by people who are themselves no better.

I wish them luck.

39. Gordon, I couldn't have said it better myself. I am a non-smoker but for crying outloud, bitch about something that matters like the war in Iraq. Lighten-up California, there are worse things than second-hand smoke.

40. Since Dualstar is actually the brainchild of a very savvy entertainment lawyer, what would you expect the twins to be doing? They are simply the talent and they actually have the good sense to let the professional business people do the real gruint work.

As for their smoking: I guess it's better than a binge and purging cycle and here's to hoping they will quit soon enough. Although methinks unless they can maintain their doll-like looks, their careers are about at their end. It was a great run, for sure, but I'm not convinced these fidgets will have any relevance by the time they hit age 30, if not sooner.

Other than for waxing nostalgiac.

41. What I don't understand is the pose in that picture? Do people actually stand around looking like that? I guess when you have too much money -- you have the time.

42. The article calls them doll-like.

Could have fooled me.

They both look pathetic--proof that money does not buy happiness.

And the afterbirth on the left looks like a hooker who's about to get cheated on her daily receipts.

43. Yes, smoking is bad for you and they may it lung cancer (when they are in their 60's 0r 70's) but what about more important risks? The twins could die in a car or airpalne crash, fire, drown, or even eaten by sharks.

44. I wonder what death will be blamed on when cigarettes are completely banned? I'm sure the insurance companies will come up with another common practice that is killing people by the millions every year and forcing medical costs and ins. rates to rise that can be legislated to increase profits, at least till they get to the final premise, living causes death.
