Nick & Jessica's Awkward Moment

Nick & Jess at Hyde: Click to watchThe ex-'Newlyweds' had a run-in this weekend at Hollywood hot spot Hyde, where the two partied separately - at the same time. The club is relatively small, with a capacity of about 100 people, so it would be near impossible for them to miss each other.

Adding salt to Simpson's open wound was the presence of Lachey's rumored new girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo, who showed up in the same car with Nick.

While Lachey has been linked to a number of women, Jessica admitted in the current issue of OK! Magazine that she's still living the single life saying, "I don't feel right about dating yet."

According to Gossip Gangster Perez Hilton, the two were cordial inside the club, even giving each other a hug.

Nick and Jessica's divorce became final on June 30th, though the two are still involved in property and financial disputes.

17. Jessica's relationship with her dad borders on incest, at least emotional incest.
Daddy never wanted her to be married to anyone because he wanted her all to himself. Now That Jessica is getting older, he's focusing on Ashley and is transforming her with plastic surgery.
It is sick for a father to talk about his daughter's boobs that way.

Nick did wait 4 years to have sex with her because it was important for her to be a virgin on her wedding night. He suffered through being videoed for the Newly Weds and put up with a lot of other crap just to be with her.

His video is about his grief over losing his marriage, hers is about slutting around with her girlfriends. He has right to date others, she dumped him so he's free to do what he wants.

18. I am glad Nick and Jessica ran into each other. Maybe she will realize the dumbass she is for ending a marriage she did not deserve to be in in the first place!!! Had anyone heard her new song? Can you be a bigger copycat???? I hope Madonna is getting some royalties on that one. Jessica is a stupid girl and I hope her career tanks even further and I hope Nick is able to build his up and show her!!

19. There are men that like to be a player and there are men that like to be settled. I think Nick is one of these. He's not a young kid anymore and I think he realized he liked being a one woman man. Jessica is still young and has alot of growing up to do. To bad she didn't meet Nick later in life. But there is no way that this couple is going back together and Nick is a young man, and should not be expected to stay home. Jess made her decision when she filed for divorce. As for her remark about "I don't feel right about dating yet", give me a break.

21. Just what did her father say about her boobs? Guess I am out of touch becouse I have not heard of this or what he is having done to her sister with plastic surgery! Makes a girl feel good to know that daddy can't love her for who she is and what she looks like on her own. Thats the way to build self esteme, the things people will do just to be loved..sad! 24. Jessica's album will probably not do good, her movie Employee of the Month looks like a dud and I think maybe just maybe she might be starting to regret letting this wonderful man get away. It was all fine and dandy when she thought she ruled the world and was having tons of fun with her "girlfriends" saying she was the happiest she's ever been in her life. Now if might all just be falling down around her. Maybe Daddy Joe can pick up the pieces. Let Nick have a life he deserves and let him move on. Jessica doesn't want him, but she doesn't want anyone else having him either. What a selfish, spoiled brat she is.

25. Jessica has a lot of growing up to do before she is ready to be a wife again to anyone. I'm sad for Nick and Jessica because I believe they truly loved each other. I think Jess's dad is the main reason for a lot of her issues with Nick and in general. I can't imagine any minister behaving and encouraging his daughter to behave the way Jess has. He just ain't right!!!

27. The thing is, Vanessa isn't an "ugly Asian girl". She probably has more character in her pinky finger than daddy-controlled Jessica will ever have. And what's the deal with her being Asian? Does that make her bad? Just coz she's not a Jessica replica doesn't make her a bad choice. At least Nick is doing something with himself and keeping company with someone who doesn't carry her own Asian hairdresser wherever she goes.

29. newsflash: over at perezhilton.com, it is said that they indeed ran into each other at Hyde, at that Nick came over to Jessicas table and said hello to her and her stylist Ken Paves. Vanessa stayed behind at their own table and it was called a civil situation. More reasons to absolutely LOVE nick? he is sooo much a gentleman.

30. I hope it was AWKWARD AS HELL for Jessica! That WHOREBAG is getting what she deserves! Nick is a righteously cool guy. I saw them together (before all the drama, before even the Newlyweds show) at a concert (Wango Tango at the Rose Bowl) and some guy made some comment about Jessica, and you shouldve seen how Nick had to be restrained from kickin that guys azz! Thats the way a good man reacts. Un like this WHOREBAG who spends thousands on bed sheets, and seems to be INEXPLICABLY attached to her Daddy's cock!
