61. I think Jessica is so over! She had a good time giving head to an ice cream and licking a man's face like a dog in her new video. She is such a nasty hoe. She needs to give up and quit winning about Nick as she is the one that left him to go screw around. Her new video and song is awful. Her movie will tank (poor Dane). Everyone is as sick of her and have no respect for her. I just want to know ..why is she hosting the teen awards? She is no role model that is for sure...plus I heard that she wouldn't host unless she got at least one award and Nick was not given any. She also had to pick her co-host...she wanted to play up the gossip that she is sleeping with him...now remember, she is a home wrecker too since he has a long time live in girlfriend.

Ahh, yeah they do. Ashlee Simpson appeals to tweens and maybe a few in their early 20's, not to mention men of all ages who could give a sh*t about the actual music. Let that audience have her. Eventually she will fade into oblivion. She's a talentless hack. I don't understand why she felt the need to change her looks. I have no doubt it has to do with her sister's "sex symbol" status. Competitive siblings make for foolish choices. Atleast her look before made her different, stand out. Now she is just one of many blonde "arteest's" who look exactly the same with their perfect noses, tit implants (yes, she has them) and extensions.
That whole family, with Papa-Man Of God-Joe, is a joke. How embarassing. The have no clue how ridiculous they appear.

68. As for Jessica Simpson, she is past her prime. I'm totally not suprised about her divorce, I'm suprised it lasted as long as it did. She is totally "ditzy" and "materialistic".

Hopefully this time, Nick's new gal will know the difference between tuna and chicken.

69. Ashlee does not send a positive image to young girls at all. Before maybe she was on the right track, but i was under the impression that people want their daughters to be selfconfident and no so superficial. When simpson first realized that she wasnt "as hot" as jessica the first thing she did was change herself to fit the ideal public image. These are the same ideals that makes young girls develop eating disorders.
Then there is also the fact that she cant sing, act, or do anything except try to be her sister...get a life and a self image of your own and grow up

71. I am in my early 30's and I am not looking to bash anyone. I am disappointed that the youngest Simpson sister would think that both her buying public and the public at large would not notice a radical change as her nose job. I think most people get pissed when celebrities, instead of being truthful about their appearance (that they have flaws as we all do), lie or refuse to comment. We know she has altered her nose, we know Pamela Anderson's breast are not real, we know Star Jones had the stomach bypass procedure done. To go on interview after interview and talk about confidence in who you are but not acknowledge obvious and drastic changes done is dishonest to both themselves and the public. To say as many celebs do in interviews I don't have to workout to look like this, I am confident in my looks and in my skin, I was blessed with good genes.....etc.... is well as fake as Anderson's breasts. This is what people rebel against and get pissed about. The Simpson girl did nothing wrong in altering her looks but in not being forthright and truthful about it is again dishonest.

72. Hi. I think Ashley looks beautiful. Many non-celebs get plastic surgery, so if she wants to do it too then she can! I think she is very talented. She might not be the best singer, but then again neither is Janet Jackson. She does write her own music and she is a good performer.

73. I think that both of the Simpson girls are beautiful and talented. Many of you people are just jealous because they look fabulous and can get what they want. Stop pondering over what Jessica and Ashlee do in their lives that is their business, they already have enough stress in their lives. All people do these days is judge, and none of you know them at all, you just know what the media says and half of that stuff is fake. Yea so what Ashlee had surgery, she just wants to change her looks. And so what Jessica and Nick got a divorce, they weren't made for each other. There are plenty of other people out there that go through the same things and no one is worried about them. I love the Simpson girls, who cares what you jealous people think.

75. Constantly criticizing Ashlee Simpson is ridiculous and completely uncalled-for. Ashlee hasn't done one single thing differently from any of the other "air-heads" in young entertainment.

In terms of her lip-synching on Saturday Night Live, absolutely EVERYONE in the business does it, and nearly EVERYONE guest-hosting on SNL does it. The dumb-a** who mis-cued the song is the one who should be blamed.

Case in point, the very next week following her infamous appearance, Eminem (no disrespect - we love him) guest-hosted and lip-synched every single number. He was so nervous about being busted, he held the mike in front of his mouth throughout the performances. Is everyone blind???? Watch it again and see for yourself!

As to Ashlee's nose job, her new nose looks really beautiful (even better than Jessica!), and she shouldn't be criticized for finally caving in to the pressures of Tinseltown to be thin and beautiful, when it is common knowledge that those elements are career deal-breakers or deal-makers for anyone, but especially critical in Hollywood.

Entertainers back-pedal in the press every single day. EVERYONE in Hollywood makes hypocritical and phony statements to the press. That's the point!

I say good for her for having the courage to get her nose fixed, knowing the scrutiny she would have to endure.

Ashlee is no more reprehensible or talentless (have you seen her ballet?) than any of the other "stupid girl" ingenues in Hollywood and, in fact, is quite a bit more likeable for her attempts at honesty than most.

Get off Ashlee's back and give the girl a break - maybe she'll surprise you.
