19. She's on SOMETHING for sho!! She looks haggard and tired. She needs to get her $ back from the surgeon that botched her boob job. That is just unacceptable, I'm sorry, girl, get your money BACK. The space is off, the shape is weird. The makeup looks as if she slept in it and just retouched it. good lord girl, don't you have a mirror? 24. Yes, she does look like she needs the breast lift (obviously).... but I do have to commend her on not falling subject to it, like the thousands that have plastic surgery! I know she doesn't look like she's in her 20's anymore....but let's remember...SHE'S NOT!! So kudos to Paula for going 'au naturale', but in the future, she might want to consider covering those things up a little more.

25. Hey, you know, some people get so upset when one criticizes, but really, when you are worth millions of dollars and insist on going out in public like THAT, you have issues. I'm not famous or rich, but you would never see me in public looking like a nightmare.

Yes, the boobs need something. Looks like she went to a cheap plastic surgeon; I mean if she insists on getting her nails done at a cheap Asian nail salon and almost get her finger amputated, she's getting screwed on the boobs, too, LOL.
