48. where are the police when all this is happening? Why don't they shut down the bars she is going to or any other *star* that is underage???? Why are the rules different from them?? It's just as much the police and all the adults fault than just hers... they are turning her into a lush by letting her go to these places. All those bars that have underage kids that are shown in the rag magazines should be shut down or fined so high that they will triple check the kids who they KNOW are underage.. they want publicity.. this is a way for them to get it.. not by who goes to their bars.

50. If LL wasn't so nasty she could have been an American fashion icon. All she had to do was behave, wear nice clothes and knock that chip off her sholder. That's the reason we DON'T like her - she is angry and mean and it shows. She once said she works harder than most people's parents - appearing in "B" movies and parties isn't work, it does no good for most people and thousands are clamoring to take your place.

52. She made one great movie (Parent Trap) when she was still an unaffected kid.
She hasn't done anything worthwhile since then and I don't understand why and how she is a "STAR".

53. Personally, I think that Lindsay Lohan is a great actress. Yes, there are things that she does that aren't professional or responsible. But, we all have had our moments. And, not to mention, none of us know how it is to be a star. It may be great, but it may be heck. Who wants to be under the camera all the time? To be followed and mocked? I don't know about you, but I wouldn't. I agree, she shouldn't be partying all the time, but she is just like us. Its not all that to have money. I promise.

55. Let Lohan party all she wants. Her days as a role model for preteens, yweens, and teen is over now that she is showing her age. She has minimal talent and will soon be one of those faces you see in a lame film every few years...in other words, she is over ( as is her potential as a real star ).
Soon enough Lohan will be subject to the usual rules that all other has been celebs ( and normal average people) have to follow, so I say let her coke herself up, drop X, smoke, whatever while she can cause in a few years she wont have the option ( unless she wants to go to jail).

Sadly, I also think posrno shots will be somewhere in her future...ya gotta pay for those tummy ticks and "Hello kitty" purses full of cocaine somehow. ( Im sure her mom will be the agent in the deal).

57. Ooops i was under the impression that the legal drinking age in the the united states was 21. How do these clubs get away with this, honestly, serving such high profile minors??? I mean it isnt like they can walk in with a fake id since the world knows how old they are!!!

59. She's a spoiled brat, as is her mother. No wonder the father drinks!

I don't get the fascination with her - she's a good looking girl, but not any more so than most of us. She has serious problems -- if she weren't a movie star, guys would avoid her like the plague as the is the psycho chick from hell (I think Luke Wilson and Uma Thurmann just made a movie about her). Her singing voice is so-so.

She's average. Obviously has a great publicist. But, you can't take the trailer park out of the girl (think Brittney) even if she lives in Beverly Hills. In 10 (5, 4, 3, 2, 1), we'll be watching her on VH1 "Child Stars who Crashed & Burned"

The only thing that shocks me about this is that the public is "shocked."
