Check Mate For Sheriff's in Gibson Case

226. Wow! Baca did again! "covering up", which he does best! I wonder, if Mel Gibson, whether or not, the DUI, the words he said, and everthing else, included, what does any of that have to do, with a DUI case? "Baca" will cover up, lies, he will never acknowldge, when he has to deffend, his entire Sheriff's Department, for everything under the sun! "Hey" Spin Doctor, what will it take, or do you think I have a chance, for a settlement? I am a mother of 3 beautiful, healthy children, I kept them in sports, was home everyday so they would be able to come home, to do homework, and I would be there for them, inevery possible way, after school, I did this, and I know, as I would either listen, hear, or even at times, after the "abuse" a note, about how wonderful of a mother I am, and that he is very lucky, to have me, home with our children, and he praises me, when there is a fnction, or how every parent, loves to talk about their children. Their grades, sports, "but" add "abusive" behavior? That won't get out! "Baca" covers everything to save the reputation of S.E.B.! I know, I am living this horrible, corrupt, system, and the harrassing everyday, a miniumum, 2, per day, if not more! He's liquidated me. My mother's death, she left me, as well as my children, $500,000.00 cash, 3 rental properties, Edison stocks and bonds, for the 3 grandchildren, and myself. Not Him! It's gone, and the entire trust account. Now, he's removed my grandmother from her retirement home, and he will not tell me, or inform me, where she is. My children would like to see her. I have looked for her, her Dr. has tried, and funny that it seems, her entire files, from her retirement, alzeimers unit, are missing. "Cover up"? I wonder. Well, I will keep looking, "But" given the reason he won't tell me, or help, is MONEY! Again. Don't deputies make enough? I believe, my current, Ex-Swatty, makes about $12,500.00 per month! Does Baca defend his deputies, because of his reputaion, which could be on the line, during this election year? I don't think that would be it. Every deputy, good or bad, gains from, "the magic of the pencil"! Deputies, are above the law? I thought domestic violence, was against the law as well. Driving their patrol cars, when they could be intoxicated, or worse, while they drive patrol cars for their own pleasure, children, and babies, don't have car seats, they also don't wear, safety belts! So, are the laws, the same for us, or should we take the "Oath" and hide behind the "Gun and the Badge". Records, of our domestic violence case, stated in court, November 2003, and still goes on, and I was blamed. I am 5 ft. 1' max. I weigh in at, 115-120 lbs. He's 6 ft. 2 and weighs in at, about 189-195 or so. Did anyone know, he shot himself in the left thigh, during a very highly, "but" rehearsed, raid, and I don't think, I read any reports in the news. The mail from the Sheriff's Dept. "Get Well" soon, was it! Oh!! We are one big, extending "family" as "Baca" always says, when a officer either gets hurt, or even the worst. He will turn his back, once something else comes along, to get him, "Baca" out of the main stream. Children Services, is also included with my enitre case, which in the records, the "officials" were to look in to the facts, of the alledged, "abuse" being left alone, and everything else. I had to have tox screens, randomly, I had a Dui, as well. I went to class, and my first night at class, even though I didn't want to be there, was a great experience for me, to gain, my self esteem back, as I told them, I am married, ( at that time) to an officer, and I am standing here tonight, to say, Hi, I am Kimmer, and I was popped by officers, like in many of your cases, so I can say, it happens! I met many new freinds, and I still go by, a few times a month, to say hi, or to tell my story. So, I had a dui to! since when are law enforcement angencies obligated to discuss all details with the press regarding an arrest. the media is entitled to know if there is an arrest and what the charges are. the public and the press don't need to see squat until the information is brought out in court.

the report that you obtained and posted on your website was obviously authentic and obviously obtained by dubious means. what you failed to report was that all of the info regarding gibson was "sanitized" by writing a basic arrest report regarding the DUI and then including the account of his dubious behavior in a suplemental report (written the night of the arrest). what purpose would it serve the sheriff department to release embarassing or scandalous details about an arrest? by not releasing the information to the general public, the department and the prosecuting agency (DA or City Attorney) has a tremendous amount of leverage over Gibson when it comes to negotiating a disposition for the case. You were a lawyer Harvey, aren't you supposed to know stuff like this.

you said on KROQ that you were personally aquainted with the female Deputy LT that was in charge in Malibu that night and that she lied to you. SO WHAT???? it was none of your buisness. the important thing is that the arresting Deputy didn't take any of GIbson's Bull$%#@, he made an arrest and Mel's gonna get punished just like everybody else.

228. Okay it got me curious enough to read the article. which tells me everyone should get a life, there are more important things in the world to worry about. but hat's the new generation sit back and bitch about things, do nothing and read gossip then gossip about others.

229. And a comment to those who think the news media is just doing their jobs reporting all the bad things happening in the world. everyone is up in arms with the war on terror and terrorism, but the have yet to go after the biggest and more organized terrorist group in the world - The news media
