31. The irony here is that Gibson films a movie about the amazing act of forgiveness in Christ and yet cannot bring himself to extend that same virtue toward his *perceived* enemies.

Hey way to go TMZ, we're all so very amazed that you were the *first* to break the stories. You know in a world where people die everyday and the people who are the first to the scene to help the poverty, we're all so proud that this little self-centered group of media a**holes can toot their own horn about their being first to spit on someone while he makes a fool of himself. Thanks TMZ for setting the bar so high on human decency, dignity, and virtue. We'll all bow at your feet and worship your abilities to smear and defame. In my opinion, the hatred exhibited by this website towards Gibson is just as evil as Gibson's anti-Semitism. It's gotta stop people. Love is all you need.

I have done so many things in my life that I would rather forget about that I am in no position to judge Mr. Gibson one way or the other so I won't,but I will say that it is a disappointing thing to once again be reminded that these people that we tend to look up to are after all only human and some are less than that evidently.I personally don't believe that a person comes up with things to say when they are drunk that aren't always in their mind to begin with,in other words his being drunk is no excuse for what he said to me.Someone needs to remind the man he can afford to pay a driver especially when he wants to drink.

39. No surprise this has gotten so much media attention! The Jewish media machine has been out to get Mel since the "Passion of the Christ" movie. Too bad- I will still watch any movie I am interested in and Schindlers List didn't make the cut!

40. Booking photo my ass. There is little likelihood this is his actual booking photo. Missing is a B-number plaque, a high scale behind him, and a straight-on view of his head. This looks like no booking photograph I have ever seen before, and I simply do not believe this is his photo from that night. This perhaps explains why it took two days to release.

And one other thing...there have been allegations on this site by Gibson fans that the information published on this site from his arrest report was "leaked." There should not have needed to be any "leaking" since arrest reports are public records. It is just like court records. This stuff is supposed to be in the public domain, and if it had to be "leaked" than this is just another one of the points illustrating the preferential treatment Gibson was getting.

42. Why is anyone surprised? Gibson established himself as a virulent homophobe several years ago. He made some really despicable remarks then. That he has (once again) surfaced as an anti-Semitic and extended his bigoted beliefs to Jews should come as no surprise.

43. My first time ever making a comment in one of these sites. But you gotta be kidding about Mel. The man has serious prob, addiction, doesn't mean he's not a Christian. I admire that he totally admitted it, once sober and has checked into rehab, even though I am not a big fan of his. And comments he raged at police while drunk made his true feelings known, and this is sad, and hopefully, as a Christian, he will ask the good Lord for forgiveness, because Christians are not suppose to judge others, and his comments certainly were passing judgment on another religion. I just pray that he will get the help he needs, and if true Christian, won't be judging other beliefs.

45. While drunk driving & racial slurs are always wrong, the inequity in quoting Mel Gibson's drunken remarks is really an attack on his more sober, non -politically correct activities.
This is in stark contrast to those celebrities whose goal is perfecting a hard drinking lifestyle-thyey don't get quoted in this manner.
Unless you are there, all you know is what news outlets choose to include in thier
reporting.
There is always a reason for what is included and what is excluded , the p.c. agenda topping the list of priorities
