Paris HiltonParis Hilton says her falling out with former best friend and "Simple Life" co-star Nicole Richie was due to the Hollywood limelight.

The hotel heiress tells New York gay nightlife magazine HX that she and Nicole "grew apart because of fame."

Paris documents their falling out on her upcoming album with a track entitled "Jealousy." Hilton adds, "Jealousy is the evilest emotion, and it doesn't do any good for anyone ... When people let jealousy take over them, it destroys friendships."

While the budding singer's self-titled CD features a cover of Rod Stewart's "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy," Paris revealed that she nixed doing the Divinyls 90s hit "I Touch Myself" because she didn't "want to be on stage singing that in front of my mom!"

It's a shame her modesty doesn't extend to homemade sex videos.

With her album due out August 22, the paparazzi princess proclaims she now has her eyes set on another title, "President!"

Paris would definitely give new meaning to the term Head of State.

17. I don't like Paris, but her stories are always really funny. I don't go searching for Paris here, I like Hollywood Gossip, no matter who or what it is about. I would love to hear better stories on Lindsay Lohan and more stories of Kelly Clarkson. Here's the difference, TMZ won't print much about Kelly because there isn't enough bad press and they print as much as possible about Lindsay and Paris because they are always getting themselves into trouble. Kelly doesn't put her self out there for the whole paparazzi to see unlike quite a few people they are always talking about here. However, the paparazzi goes out to make the stories sometimes and all they need is a picture and then they can make the story up as much as they want. Or they could just use one of their file photos and add a story caption to it. So like the story of Kelly having to lose weight for a promotional gig was all made up using file photos of her. Shame on you TMZ. I don't recall you mentioning her (Kelly's) tour, or how well her album is doing (for the second year in a row), or the fact that she almost got engaged this winter, etc. etc. etc...

There is also a picture of her with Stavros on the US magazine website that shows them having sex in a nightclub(his pantasare lowered and her skirt is hiked up and she is spread eagle on a bench)
