47. Lindsay Lohan is a white trash waste of skin. Every time she notices that her name hasn't been in the gossip rags for a few days, she suddenly feigns illness and takes a much publicized trip to the hospital. Here's an idea, drink some juice or water instead of cocktails, and maybe you won't get dehydrated.

Seeing what a piece of work her mother is, I'm not overly surprised that Lindsay has ended up being such a twit. Maybe her mom should have spent more time teaching her daughter morals and work ethic instead of whoring her out to the film industry.

I hope she soon just fades into oblivion and all we hear about her is a mention 15 years from now -thru in some redneck town - because that's exactly how much talent and intelligence she has, and that's how much attention she deserves.

This mother has balls to write such a letter to a studio head "defending" her child -Llindsay's socalled mother should suggest to her "child" that while she is working she needs to be home before 11 p.m - maybe learning her lines and getting some sleep instead of condoning her underage drinking. I guess she is afraid to piss off her meal ticket by doing some much needed parenting.

50. Wasn't her Mom frequenlty pictured out partying it up with Lindsay when she was 15 - 16? I was surprised CPS didn't jump on it, or at the very least, the police start cracking down on the bars for serving a minor.

52. The letter contained sound professional admonishments. He's a businessman responsible for the health of a project, a company, and any investors; she's a very highly paid employee. Even if his motives were self-interested his action is protecting others involved in the project who could suffer professionally from Lohan's 'care-less' attitude.

Its ridiculous to claim a worldy young woman who has always been precocious and astute enough to garner an otherworldly income, is too naive or innocent take responsibility for herself personally and professionally.

And isn't the mother who is now coming to her defense the 'flake' that Lohan sued for emancipation from a few years ago?

Lindsay's mom is just as crazy as her father is. Obvioulsy it is a family trait.

Dina, if your daughter fulfilled her obligations like everyone has to, she wouldn't be receiving these letters. Lindsay's butt needs to be fired. Celebrities these days think the worlds revolve around them. They need to get off that quickly.

57. I think the comments were very justified as an employer having expectations of their staff. Most employers have a code of conduct that you follow at work as well as when you're off work. Perhaps studios should put that in their "clauses" and maybe the underage brigade will shape up. And just where is the California Liquor Commissioner fining all these establishments that let in underage drinkers. NO ONE should get in until they're 21, and that includes all those little preppy kid stars. Let them stay home and think of it as a right of passage once you turn 21. I'm tired of all the little kiddies in the bars. Maybe the bars should be shut down until they can learn to obey the rules. Maybe they should all do community charity work and maybe they wouldn't be the little brats you see out of control on tv all the time.

Dina Lohan is an idiot. She needs to exert more parental control, but it is proabably too late for that, since she is now her daughter's best friend.
