Wesley Snipes Sued by Talent Agency

Wesley SnipesUnited Talent Agency, the representatives for Wesley Snipes, have sued the actor for breach of contract after the agency claims Snipes did not pay them their commission.

UTA claims, in a lawsuit filed today, that Snipes did not pay them for "Blade III," "Chaos," "Middle Man" and "The Shooter." UTA alleges they are owed $1,493,309.10 in commission for those movies.

According to the lawsuit, UTA entered into and oral Agent/Performer talent agency agreement with Snipes in or about November 2002. They claim Snipes agreed to pay "10% commission on any gross sums or any other consideration received by" Snipes.

UTA claims that on or about February 22, 2006, Snipes discharged UTA as his talent representatives. From that point on, the suit alleges, Snipes has "failed and refused" pay the commissions that UTA claims they are owed.

18. First of all, I will like to say that I totally agree with KIYA. All this talk about ANTISEMETISM is really getting on my last nerve!! As a black woman living in America, I am prone to racism EVERYDAY along with millions of my brothers and sisters. African- Americans have to fight for a civil place in this "Land Of Freedom", but in stead of complaining, we deal with our shit, dust it off, and WE MOVE ON!!
Case and point, New Orleans last year.
Anyway, to sum this up, the Jews get away with alot of bullshit. Case and point, that riot that they started when they had that conflict with the police some time ago, and surprisingly, no one was arrested. If was "ONE OF US" we would have been shot like our lost brother, Amadu Diallou. It's time someone speak up. Go Mel Go !! But please do it sober!!

20. Who are we to judge about what someone else does?Stars have hardships just like "we" average folks do.Everybody is waiting for an star to mess up.Well they're only human!The only difference between them is that they have money & the media
following them around twenty-four seven.And we don't ,not unless you really did something wrong & the police is after you!The same way that we're talking about them,guess what somebody is talking about you.Yeah we're all entitled to our opinions and some things are best when they're left alone.Everybody deals with stress in their own way.Sometimes things take a turn for the worst.But you can't name not one person in this world that hasn't done something wrong,and not have one regret about what they've done wrong.Can you?You fail to realize that these stars have families too.They're somebody's child.So lets give them our support and stop being two faced about it.Because if somebody famous came to your town you would probaly be all over them.And you know that you were just talking bad about them.If you talk about them who else are you willing to talk about?I tell it not like you want to hear it,but how it really is.Because the truth hurts and so does life.Make the best of it and carry on.If you can't fix try to mend it back together.Remember Rome wasn't built in one day and your problems won't go away in a day either.So make it do what it do baby!
