18. Mel you simply crossed the red line where many lost either their jobs or sometimes their lives for that how dare you just say jews even this can get you hell you could have injured any other race without facing any hardships like let us say arabs africans indians or even germans who still face accusation of the famous so called hollocost or hollow coast now you will have to kneel down on your knees and apologise infront of the whole world and beg the jewish leaders for pardon some of them will be tolerant but due to the others who are very determind to destroy you Mel they will say you must do something to leave you alone let us say donations of hundred milions of dollars for jewish organisaions remember germany well they have payed to the jews more than fifty billions of dollars since world war two and if you kneel down then leave William Wallace and freedom alone

19. Mel is carrying a huge "cross" through the city streets...sweating, stumbling, weary, worried...and he's being pushed and pulled...and spit at...

But under the weight of his burden, his trembling hand manages to pull out his fat wallet...

Thanks be to God for celebrity powerhouse attorneys.

22. The reactions here seem as predictable as the whole story. On the one hand we have the primitive anti-semites rallying in support of their own, which is their right. And anyway, who REALLY cares that Gibson is ant-semitic...so what ?!
Then the Jewish groups having the usual seizures & fits over the whole stupid thing...which is their right as well (if a waste of time).
But I wonder that the average American cares enough to read this crap. So Mel Gibson is actually what many suspected, and all those 'iffy' hints in 'The Passion' can now be safely presumed to be anti-semitic hate. So what ? Is this the first anti-semite to make a movie, exercise your freedom of choice to watch something else....boycot him if you choose, but let's move on...

23. I want to know something, if there is anyone who can answer this. Is it a violation of Mel Gibson's rights to release a copy of a police report to a news agency? Or is it ok to send reports, not just of his actual "crime" but also his drunken ramblings........ just wondering....

24. The industry's response to Mel Gibson is disappointing --Looks like Hollywood is still practicing "McCarthism".
Mel was working on the Holocast - Do people really feel that he would distort that?

25. Some Jewish people shouldn't be so quick to be mean to Mel, I'm sure some of you have made racist comments before or treated people un-fairly.
Let it go, relax...everyone makes mistakes or have made bad comments that they shouldn’t have.
I was married to a Jewish man, dated a Persian Jew for 3-4 years and in doing so I was a victim of racism in America of all places, the so called land of the free.
I wanted to embrace the Jewish culture but, my fiancé family members gave me such a hard time, taking behind my back, complaining about Christian faith and how they were upset that if we had kids I would teach them Christian things and in the end I couldn’t put up with the verbal abuse, especially from his mother, she was so mean to me. Before we got married they said it was like a death in the family and that they were going to be embarrassed to show there faces to there families during parties or events it was a disgrace to them that I was going to married to their son.
They would even bring Jewish girls to my fiancé at that time just to get him to change his mind and marry a Jewish girl. I would also find phone numbers pinned to his desk, in hopes that her son would call to set up a date, I knew what his mother and family was doing, but I never yelled or confronted them. I saw that it was a lost cause. How mean and back stabbing she was to me. I felt so bad; she made me feel like being Christian was a crime, and that my race was like being a mixed breed unworthy of being around Jews. They made me feel like I was nothing, my self esteem was so low and I would cry my self to sleep.
That goes to show you there are some Jews that will stop to nothing to make you suffer till you end up leaving and that’s exactly what I did was leave, they gave me no choice but to make that decision even though I knew their son loved me beyond belief, but I didn’t want him to loose everything he worked so hard for. His portfolio was probably worth over a million at that time and his own family threatened to take it away or destroy what he had, that coming from his mother’s mouth.
It was a BIG learning experience that made me stronger and I know the difference between good and bad people thanks to the way that I was raised and the experiences I had.
There is good and bad in every nationality, race or religion.

26. Mel just expressed his opinion. He beleives the Jews are caused of War. It is his right and his is maybe right.
There would be no War in Mid East if there wasn't Israel !

Let's see if you publish this !!!

27. Poor old victimized Mel Gibson and his stupid, slobbering defenders. Do you think that rational people are persuaded by your defense of a multimillionaire who won an Oscar for Best Director in 1995, for a film that also won Best Picture? Mel Gibson brought all this on himself by acting like a martyr so his sadomasochistic cartoon about JC could rake in the millions, denying his anti-Semitism like the drama queen that he is, when the proof was on the screen for all the world to see. Now, his bigotry is exposed once again, and there's no denying it. Too bad Mel forgot about the Biblical warning that says we reap what we sow. That is exactly what's happening to him now, and those of you who don't like it should put away your crying towels. I don't feel sorry for anyone, especially not an international Hollywood superstar who slams the film industry when it doesn't show him the reverence he thinks he deserves in his twisted, tiny mind.

28. Gibson is a pig...a drunken one at that someone said his DNA is full of anti semetisim who cares what happens to him ... the world is full of hungry poor people who never heard of him and who tdon`t care about him....I would think more of the law firm he engaged if they would have refused to represent him most of the lawyers in that practice are Jewish.........

29. Gibson is a drunk , whose opinions are as stinkin as his breath...Seems to me that those who agree with his thoughts .. and say "if there was no Israel:" there would be no war in the Middle east are forgetting that Sunis and Shites are fighting each other and if it would be up to them... and other fanatical lovers of Islam... the middle east and the rest of the world , would be Allahs eternal battlefield ,,,,
