EXCLUSIVE: Video of Mel at Moonshadows

TMZ has obtained exclusive video shot on a cell phone by a patron who was at Moonshadows Malibu the night of Mel Gibson's arrest for DUI. The video was shot in the patio-bar area of the restaurant just after midnight, approximately two hours before Gibson was arrested.

The video shows a jovial Mel talking and laughing with patrons. He is holding what appears to be a bottle of Pellegrino sparkling water.

We want to hear from you - LITERALLY! Call TMZ's toll-free number 866-895-8877 and sound off (but not for more than 30 seconds)! Start with your name and tell us where you live.

31. Hey - this thing didn't post my entire message (#19). I am NOT promoting that Windbag Moore junior high video class project.

I was trying to warn people not to waste their time on it. It's lousy quality and it's boring.

I am hoping if I post after they post, they might give us and TMZ doesn't seem to follow through on deleting promotional comments.

33. Stooped way, waaay down lower, now, are you not, TMZ?

Are you enjoying all this "media presence" because of Mel Gibson's bad times?

Pretty lowdown and nasty, TMZ. Just lowdown and nasty.

34. quoted from anti bush and gibson....He is homophobic...

Rumor has it that really isn't true, I heard he is really, really gay friendly.

Now if TMZ could work on that angle....

35. Just run Howard Stern videos and satiate those who glory in the Supreme Negative. Just print HOWARD STERN in huge letters underneath your logo and see if that continues to get you page/site visits. AOL should be deeply ashamed of this site. I know I am.

36. I wish you guys would leave Mel alone. He made some mistakes but he is only human. The media is just enjoying bringing him down. He is at a very low period in his life and he needs our prayers more than anything.

38. Not very good quality but what do these people expect from a cell phone camera. He looks a lot more wasted than a person with a .12 alcohol level and this was shot 2 hrs before he left. Maybe he was drinking water to try and sober up. It obviously didn't work. I still think he was on some kind of drugs too. I want to see the police car video tape, when he was pulled over. Can TMZ get that? Probably not, because it is evidence.

39. Since when is someone driving while drunk something that you should get away with by apologising?! It is a bloody CRIME. He as DRUNK and DROVE A CAR. In addition to his bigotry, he was sexist to a police officer. If he was someone who was drunk and took out a member of your family with his irresponsibility, I wonder if you'd want people to “Go easy” on him.

42. Jew or not a Jew?

Who the heck cares? Religion is just that, religion.

We should be tolerant of everyone's religous views UNLESS the religious doctrine itself advocates violence against other humans and then we need to speak out against it. We should not abolish a religion because it advocates violence though, only prosecute those individuals who break laws against other people.

What most people I know are referring to when they say, the Jews this or the Christians that is the culture of the people who adhere to the religion. There is a mindset that travels through generations of families. Sometimes it has to do with religion but mostly it has to do with the culture of the group. This is the point of my article.

Some Jews openly state that it is not against the (Jewish) law to steal from the Goyem. (the Goyem is anyone who is not Jewish i.e. 99.978% of the world) How do we feel about an American born Jew who is sent to stand trial in Israel under Jewish "Law" for a crime committed in the US against another Amercian citizen? This is just one example of the sort of power and will to protect thier own by "religous" rules (thier culture if you will) that makes them almost universally disliked and distrusted.

There are currently about 15 million Jews in the world. 5.6 million of them in the US, 5.4 million in Israel, of the remaining 4 million Jews only 2 million remain in Europe after have been either forced out or exterminated by the millions by Russians and Germans to name two people.

Jews represent about 2 TENTHS of ONE percent of the world population. 2/10's of ONE PERCENT. Not even a quarter of a percent! And what kind of power do they yield? What kind of influence do they have?

73% of all Jews (worldwide) live in the US or Israel.

Which countries are currently engaged in the most significant conflicts against Arab people right now? The US and Israel.

If you don't think that Jews wield significant influence over the media, banking and government in the US and Israel think again.

In addition, when you take into account thier actual numbers worldwide (2/10s of one percent of total global population) the influence wielded by Jews globally is astounding).

I do not advocate the persecution of any person for thier religous beliefs but I do advocate the prosecution of individuals under a secular rule of law, where the crime is committed, regardless of religous affiliation. If you are a Canadian and you bring a pound of Pot into Bali/Indonesia on vacation, expect to be subject to thier laws should you be arrested there.

If you are a non Jewish American and you have suddenly realized that a portion of a small fraction of your country's population (about 2%) who happen to be Jews, have virtual control over your media, your banks and I'm sorry to say your government's foreign policy, should you take notice? Should you speak out about it?

You better not speak out because if you do, you will be vilified as antisemetic. That means you will be branded a "Jew Hater". You cannot disagree with the Jews without being antisemetic. One is not allowed to speak out against the Jews, to bring attention to thier power and how it is used, without being villified and even persecuted.

Mel Gibson will be eating his words and sowing the unfortunate fruit of his tirade for a long time to come. Hollywood, where Mel makes a living, is undisputedly controlled by Jews, many of them persecuted immigrants and thier children. Although I think it was irresponsible for a person in the public eye, like Mr. Gibson, to utter words in a way that he must now know could easily inflame the passions of (non thinking) people against Jews unjustly, I have to say that it is my belief that there is a very large kernel of truth in what he said.

NOTE: (this writer is not Arab or Muslim)

43. BTW:
For all of you flaming (what's his name again?) Harvey Levin, the publisher of this website, do you think he might be a Jew? If he is, do you think that it has anything to do with his take on the Mel Gibson story? Think about it.

Posted at 6:57PM on Aug 2nd 2006 by bob

44. For all the slamming Gibson has done, unappologetically, to the gay and lesbian community, its fun to watch others slam him. I know two wrong's don't make a right, but damn it feels good.
