33. Vicious insults against ANY ethnic or religious group are unacceptable, especially by public figures. If Mel were a Jew and made vile comments against Catholics, you'd better believe the Catholic church--and many Catholics--would be in an uproar (and rightly so).

How ironic that some "religious" people contribute to the hate and intolerance in this world. Remember, Christianity is about love.

whoa! can you believe poor mel gibson? was seriously concerned about him when his father called up michael savage's AM radio show during "the passion..." promo, and asserted that the holocaust was a publicity stunt staged by the jews. now this.

very disturbing; feel bad for him because he obviously snapped at that moment, and that cop (who I guess was supposed to let him go and didn't?), who was jewish, probably got pissed off and pushed the whole thing into a frenzy.

this morning he said that when he is given permission, he is going to sing like a canary. (as long as you get your fifteen minutes, buddy.) like cops aren't the biggest haters on the planet, and why ruin an otherwise good-guy's whole life and career over a single outburst.

what a shame he didn't just keep his mouth shut - everyone has a dui these days. take note kidz, it's so rampant you shouldn't even look at alcohol if you are planning on going out. they have a whole wonder-world of shit just waiting for you.....

it's no secret that hollywood is almost 100% jewish town, created by jewish people, and there is a good chance mel may not recover his former status. depends on the community....

didn't mel get like the forbes 500 top ten this year or something?

45. Good Jesus, the man was intoxicated. We've all done and said stupid things when we've been drinking. It's over, he apologized for his words and actions, it's done. A note to Mel: Stop apologizing, once is enough, if no one has it in them to forgive...then screw 'em, they need more help then you do.
