Star Jones has disappeared from "The View" – and so has the listing on the New York penthouse apartment that she's been trying to sell for over a year and half.

Now, it looks like the recently unemployed Jones isn't going anywhere for a while – the pad's been taken off the market, according to her broker.

The three-bedroom triplex apartment, according to the New York Post's Braden Keil, was displayed in all its glory on the website of New York real estate firm the Corcoran Group – the gold bathroom that Star used, her shoe menagerie, and Star's apparent affection for a zebra-print motif. But the listing has vanished from the site, and a spokesperson for Corcoran says that the apartment is "temporarily off the market" for unspecified reasons.

Keil points out that the firm had to take the listing down from once before, when an Internet gossip site posted it and it attracted 14,000 hits –- in one hour.

Ferrell Doesn't Like Wet Bed

Funnyman Will Ferrell is apparently not amused by a good super soaking. According to Page Six, the "Talladega Nights" star was hanging out at New York megaclub Bed with his family when a water skirmish – replete with water guns and ice buckets – broke out. One source says that the revelers were "running around like inebriated kids at recess." In any case, Ferrell eventually got a bit of a drenching from a couple of scantily clad women, and that was that – he and his bodyguards hightailed out of the club.

Courtney Vance Sued By Former Agent, Manager

Actor Courtney Vance is being sued by his former agent and manager for unpaid commissions related to his work on "Law and Order: Criminal Intent." In the lawsuit, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Endeavor agency and Dolores Robinson Entertainment claim that Vance terminated his contracts with them after he was supposedly dropped from the NBC show. However, he ended up returning to the show, and the plaintiffs claim that he fired them to deprive them of their commissions, each of which should have been more than $125,000. They're asking the court to pay them their 10% commission from Vance's earnings from "Law & Order" in 2005-6 and unspecified compensatory damages.

Macauley's Not Home Alone Anymore

Macauley Culkin's next career move? A role in a group-sex film called "Sex and Breakfast," according to a report on Imdb.com. The movie is about a couple with problems in bed who seek advice from a therapist. Group sex, apparently, ensues. The actor, who shot to fame for his role as a kid left behind by his family in "Home Alone", signed on for the film because he "loved the script." Wonder what his girlfriend, "That '70s Show" star Mila Kunis, thinks about that.

Leno and Smith To Sit in Balcony For Ebert

Jay Leno's got a new gig-movie critic. He'll be filling in for Roger Ebert while the famous film critic recovers from cancer surgery. "The Tonight Show" host's appearance with Ebert's co-host Richard Roeper will air tonight and tomorrow. Next weekend, Roeper will be joined by "Clerks II" director Kevin Smith. If Smith's recent antics are any indication (he publicly eviscerated film critic Joel Siegel after Siegel walked out of a "Clerks II" screening), it should make for an entertaining show.

Goodie Bag: OutKast Album Finalized, Taylor Hicks Gets Big Bucks for Memoir

After months of wrangling, hip-hop duo OutKast has finalized the tracks for their forthcoming album, the soundtrack to the musical film "Idlewild." The album, which hits stories August 22 (three days before the movie opens), features guest appearances by Lil' Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Sleepy Brown and Macy Gray. The first single is called "Mighty O" ... "American Idol" winner Taylor Hicks is out to prove he's more than just a pretty voice: his memoir, "Heart Full of Soul," will be published by Crown in the spring of 2007. The book will chart Hicks' rise from a bar singer in Alabama to Idol champ. He reportedly pocketed a $750,000 advance for the book, which Rolling Stone contributor David Wild will be ghostwriting.

46. No lost that Star is gone..however, I can't see Rosie coming on board. She is a very strong and a very loud mouth personality, amongst the other ladies on the view who are also very strong and opinionated. It will be interesting to see how they all get along. Poor Liz will get lost in the shuffle. Between Joy, Rosie and Barbara....oh my.

48. Rosie O'donnell is a huge fool. They bash Miss Jones for being too much of a diva? Oh please! Who isn't a diva in Hollywood? I think Star has been unfairly treated ever since she dropped lots of weight and O'donnell barked at her for having surgery. O'donnell is a huge jealous idiot who wishes she could look 1/2 as good as Star. Star will have the last laugh when the ratings flop.

49. Okay people. Here we go...
Star Jones' departure from 'The View' is not that big of a deal. The way that she left, is a big deal. I will admit that. However, whether or not she lied about having gastric bypass or not is irrelevant. Whether she is really with a gay guy and will be back on Larry King is her business. Rosie O'Donnell was once the queen of talk on daytime, and will continue that trend on 'The View'. I respect both women, and we need to look at their work not their flaws.
Mr. Culkin on the other hand is washed up and will never rebound his career after 'Home Alone'. Who cares what he does next.
That is all I have to say about that people. Who cares! Move on!

50. Well, I've read all these posts, and some left me shaking my head. Mostly the ones from semi-literate bigots who use simple facts like "lesbian" and "black" as derogatory adjectives. The "fat" cracks are beneath mentioning.

Rosie O'Donnell spends much of her well-earned money (and her time) trying to help children, and promoting peace. Her established fan base will likely send ratings for "The View" nothing but straight up. Go get 'em, Ro.

51. I personally think that Star Jones Reynolds should be left alone. I had the opportunity of meeting Ms. Jones at a book signing and found her to be a very pleasant woman who has overcome alot. If star lost weight by gastric by-pass or by some other method, that should be considered personal.

Star you will SHINE on. I always said that when Star got off the view I would stop watching and I DID. The way she was treated by Barbara was downright nasty and she had every right to walk away with her dignity. I know that I would. Star is never going to win in the court of public opinion because she is black.

SHINE darling, SHINE.

53. Susan and others (you know who you are) - Rosie is being accused of being a racist (and maybe she is, I don't know) but your comments indicate that you are also racist. Barbara Wa-Wa is no dummy and knew what she was doing when she hired Rosie. Rosie is talented and presents a unique "view" to the show, which is what makes it interesting and Rosie a good addition. Losing Star Jones was also a good move - I felt she was dishonest, conceited, took advantage of people, and contributed nothing to the show. It's all about the mission of the show - "four women, four views," etc. and if the women around the table are entertaining, articulate, and informed. Let's give Rosie a chance!

54. I think that everyone should leave Star Jones alone. Everyone in Hollywood is a critic; some get caught , others don't. Jones was targeted because she was an elite, successful, black woman. Being a black woman in show business is hard. Jones served well and all America will see that Jones will rise again.

55. I use to love the View, but after Star lost all her weight her personality changed so much. After the weight loss she acted like she was the a goddess. Actually I thought she wasn't as pretty anymore. Her teeth seemed to look so big.Barbara has to always get everyone's attention by acting like a fool. she tries to act like she's in her 20's. I'm sad to have seen Merrideth leave, but she has moved on. I will watch the view and see how it goes with Rosie. I do like Rosie, but not always, cause I think she goes overboard on some of her issues too. So I guess we'll wait and see how it goes. Jane

56. I am so glad that Star Jones is off of The View. Hopefully we won't have to see that droopy eyed racist anywhere . She is disgusting. When Aisha Taylor started working on Friends, Star said that since there was now a black peson on the show, she has a reason to watch it!!!

57. I am so glad that Star Jones got canned. Hopefully we won't have to see her (new and improved?) droopy eyed, zombie, racist face anywhere. I remember when Aisha Taylor started working on Friends, Star said that since a black person is on the show, she now has a reason to watch it.

58. To Star supporter and Blackat - Boo Hoo - Poor Star!!! yeah right!!!

59. I can't figure out why Rosie has made such a big deal of Star not telling all the details about her weight loss, saying she wasn't being honest to her fans. Well, if my memory serves me correctly, Rosie had her TV show for quite some time before she "admitted" that she was gay. Not that anybody was surprised by the fact that she's gay --- but, didn't she do exactly what she's accusing Star of doing? I personally miss Star on The View, and I miss Meredith too. I am totally disappointed they would replace a classy lady like Meredith, with Rosie, who will definitely believe only her opionion is correct...if people think Elisabeth rants and raves about things, wait until Rosie gets on the show. Poor Elisabeth won't get a word in. At least I enjoyed The View for a few years. I'll be TiVo'ing the Today Show now and watching Meredith during "Rosie's View" time slot.

60. I like Star as much as anyone on the View. Joy Behar is very rude sometimes and I do not understand anyone who can't see that. She was rude to Brandy in the first 3 minutes of the show. Elizabeth is young. Barbara is BORING. She should be the next one to leave the show. Someone thought that Kathy Griffin would be a good host. Kathy is funny, but also extremely annoying. I don't understand the extreme hatred of Star. Every tub has to set on its own bottom. All personalities are different. Star's is not that bad. I bet that if we knew some of you giving our the extreme venom, we might not like you. You may not like yourselves; maybe that is why you dislike Star. You are either jealous or you see some of her in yourselves. To the one who made the comment about Star's husband not turning on to women like her with this statement "I know because I am a black woman, "
you have given a boxed in opinion of every light skinned African American man in the U.S. Just because the brothers did not want you, does not mean that they do not turn on to dark skinned women. Please do not make any more stupid statements like that as though you have done exstensive research and know it to be fact. Star will be just fine, because she believes in GOD. Thank goodness her faith is not in man. Haters tend to make a lot of comments on these sights. We do not all hate with such venom spewing. I don't care for Bill ORielly, but I would never spew hatred about him on these sites. He has his following and I respect that. He is not the worst person in the world, I just do not agree with a lot of his opinions. Obviously a lot of you do not agree with Star's opinions. You cannot tell her who she should have married or how to pay for her wedding, unless she hit on you for some money. Did she? I think not.
