78. That can't be a healthy diet. The stress to "keep it off" in hollywood is horrible and it makes people do desperate things..but what a shame.

80. I think this is sad. So many little girls see these images of famous people and they pattern themselves after these unhealthy in mind and body actors and actresses,singers, models, etc. I know I was once one of those little girls.

I think its sad that so many hollywood stars are so damn thin..Why do they feel they need to starve themselves?Someone said,atleast eat Romaine lettuce,I agree,because atleast theres some vitamins in it...Eat Kate!!!You looked so good in Blue Crush and you are a really beautiful women,but your starting to look like Mary Kate did when she was so sickly thin..

There was no mention made here of what the main course was. Heck, for all we knew from lack of reporting -all- the details she had a 20oz steak betweem her smokes, water, and bread!

90. I wouldn't worry about it. In a few months she'll be comvalesing in some clinic and some new Hollywood babe will be the next target. You have to make up your own mind to live a normal life, and not be coerced into a unhealthy lifestyle. Its not like she's poor and can't afford good food and proper exercise. There are so many obese kids in this country, I'm not about to worry about a spoiled head case diva who wants to starve herself.
