The term was coined in the 1990s and NOT by Janice!!! The Supermodel term was used FIRST when Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell and other supermodels of the 90s. Janice was from the 1970s era and a MODEL, not a SUPERMODEL. I don't know why she wants to misuse that term to suit her when again that the term supermodel wasn't coined or used until the 90s. 28. outspoken women are still being called names that men, doing or saying the same, wouldn't be called. my concern is if she's lost this round of sobriety. if so, i hope she makes it back. addiction, drugs and alcohol, is a cunning, powerful and baffling disease. it truly takes one day at a time. i personally find her honesty about plastic surgery refreshing, and her being outspoken is a trait some people wish they had. she is doing a service to upcoming models by helping them avoid the bad side of the industry she has witnessed. i hope she still has or returns to a life of sobriety. i know it is a great blessing.
