UPDATE (2:15PM ET): Stephan Huvane, Jennifer Aniston's rep, tells TMZ that the article is NOT true -- the couple is not engaged.

After dating for one year, Vince Vaughn has reportedly proposed to girlfriend Jennifer Aniston.

The new issue of Us Weekly reports Vaughn popped the question on June 27. The couple were on a private jet back to LA after vacationing at "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis' home near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Vaughn allegedly bought Aniston's engagement ring in New York, which is believed to be bigger than the $200,000 Silvia Damiani ring she received from her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

This isn't the first time rumors have speculated the couple's engagement. Just last month, Life & Style falsely reported Vince got down on bended knee in Paris.

Vaughniston, who met on the set of their hit film "The Break-Up", have been living in Jen's Hollywood Hills home and have been spotted checking out properties in Chicago, Vince's hometown.

While no wedding date is set sources tell Us "it will be in 2007."

39. #22 You can tell a lot about a person's personality and their body language after seeming and hearing them on Oprah, Letterman, Leno, etc.

We find her boring; I can't say she has a good sense of humor outside of the dialogue that was written for her on Friends. Look at Megan Mullaly from Will and Grace, that woman is bursting with personality.

Maybe one day she will stop playing the sweet girl next door and give an interview and show us the real deal, show us a woman that has life in her, tell us what you're passionate about....tell us anthing so we can get that boring image out of our heads. Yawn, yawn, yawn.

One last thing, looks aren't everything and beauty is in the eye of the beholder...blah, blah, blah. Jennifer Anniston is an attractive woman, and she has a lovely figure, but walk down any street in LA , Montreal, or NYC and I'm certain you could find at least ten regular women that are better looking than her. Her beauty requires good lighting and the right makeup, it's not jealousy, it's a fact.

Enough already, let's not make her out to be some goddess. Gorgeous was Raquel Welch 30 years ago, gorgeous is Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson, or Charlize Theron.

Jennifer Anniston is just a regular attractive woman, that was on a long running tv show, and was married to the sexiest 42 man in the world...who by the way made her seem more physically attractive than she actually is.

43. What makes angelina so great her big dry cracked lips or her vampire looks! She just as average as jen. She reminds me of the people in high school who had to do something outragous to fit in good luck to jen and vince brad and angie. Brad as always seemed cool to me so kudos to him I just cant stand the hype of some one so average like angelina the most beautiful girl in the world pleasse.

She gets hounded by the paparazzi for every move.
No one escapes the pain of divorce.
