22. First of all, I think when Tom hears about this there will be a lawsuit and if not Tom it will be HIPPA... Have you ever heard of or actually read HIPPAA regualtions. I had to because I work at a pharmacy...You guys are in for it now. You will get a lawsuit one way or the other.

25. I am almost ashamed of myself for looking at the stupid prescription. That is just ridiculous, that it is being published.
This is news? And yes, he is a celebrity, but that doesn't mean we have a right to know what prescriptions he is getting.
What a sleazy, tabloid type of thing to report.

26. Oh come on you guys. Tom is obviously showing the camera his prescription. Look at the photo again. He knows it wasn’t anything news worthy. And to the pharmacist that says this is ground to sue. You’d have to prove he didn’t show this to the camera on purpose, remember it’s his prescription and he can show it to whomever he chooses.

27. looks like they just took the picture as he was leaving the doctors office who hasnt held on a prec. as they leave the doctors office cause most of the time there is a pharmcy right down the road. i even live in a small city i can only imagine living in a big city cause every store tripiles their right next door 2 each other. maybe he was just holding it wrong he is human you know. and i hope yall get sued cause with this and your big baby camera guy yall got all of yall are really sad people. my god hope only people like ya'll will grow up one day and have someone follow ya'll like a pack of dogs for once. sorry but every besides the ones that are working for yall (sorry u can tell) are right on the MONEY
