Jessica Shakes It at Factory

A camera or two found their way into Jessica Simpson's surprise Friday night performance at West Hollywood nightclub Factory. The gay & lesbian club was filled with sweaty, dancing fans and Jessica didn't disappoint.

Not only did she deliver her latest hit "A Public Affair," but she also wowed the crowd with the old 80s Dead or Alive hit "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)".

Simpson was joined on stage by some male dancers, prompting her to say: "I know, I know. The boys are cuter than me..."

Interestingly enough, Factory usually keeps it for the ladies who like ladies Friday night, with the aptly titled "Girl Bar." But, lucky for Jessica, this Friday night, the guys showed up too.

21. Eeeeewwww. What a loser, her career is clearly going down (where it was pre-Nick) following her divorce from Mr. Lachey, who only made her look better - not only can she NOT dance, she's not even sexy (note the extra 20 lbs.). You would think that if she was spending all this time w/ her hairdresser that she would get actually get a new look - Jessica is absolutely and cleary going down. Nick is the one shining through this one, and Ashlee even has more talent and style.

23. Ok, I was there that Fri night, and the audio was whack! I was 5 ft away from the stage and could not hear what she was singing. Only one speaker to the far left was working.

The cool part was when she jumped down to the floor and sang in the crowd. That was total chaos.

25. I used to like jessica simpson til that dukes of hazzard HYPE went to her head and she dumped her husband. What's funny is that nick is the bigger star AGAIN and people actually respect him! She was only a star because she married him and got that mtv show. Even funnier is that she didnt' sign a prenup thinking she was going to take HIS money and hopefully he will take hers. HA!

I used to like her before all of that, but she let hollywood get to her head. She can sing, sometimes. She's not awful like that falsetto singing brittney.

Hello, you guys need to stop wasting your time hating a celebiry, if you hate her so much then why do you cllick on her news...life is too short ot sit and complain about people you dont know...and Jessica is hardly trashy. She is using her sex appeal to sell records, but hte hell doesnt do that. Honestly, name one young celebrity that doesnt dress like that. I cant. So start concentrating on the people you enjoy, not wasting time, Like LOSERS, complaining a young girl having fun. If someone enjoys it, thats their opinion, go enjoy what you like...life will be more fun for you that way...So STOP BEING PATHETIC LOSERS

28. Just watched that video. This is enroute to rock bottom. She will never go away, but she is becoming a parody of herself and moving to B list and then eventually C list. This video was campy and tasteless, the gays may love it, few others will.

29. Ok, this 'article' is filled with inaccuracies. The Friday night party at the Factory is Popstarz, which is a gay party for boys. The lesbian night on Friday is at UltraSuede, which is in the same building and shares the bathrooms with the Factory.
Second, Jessica totally blowed and everyone I was there with agreed she was a total disappointment. The MTV crew was totally rude and pushy with the crowd. She was an hour late performing and it was about 100 degrees inside. Her encore of Amazing Grace showed she doesn't know her audience at all!
