Whoa! Joey Lawrence is Back

Joey Lawrence, the former "Blossom" heartthrob, joins "Dancing With the Stars" this season and is showing off a completely different look along with his dance moves.

After laying low for a little while to get married and have a baby, Lawrence decided to shake it on the third season of the hit ABC show.

"This dancing has been getting me in really good shape," says Lawrence. "You can't keep the weight on just because you're always moving 3-4 hours a day like this sweating your brains out."

While fans may be surprised to see his moves, many will be even more surprised by his new appearance. Gone are the long locks that made him famous, and what remains is a shaved head and lots of muscles.

"My hair went along with my career ... I never had the guts to go completely clean ... I got rid of all the hair products, brushes, dryers and everything. It takes me five seconds to get ready, it's great. I'm not going to grow it back."

The new season premieres Tuesday, September 12 at 8PM.

56. It will be hard to ever look at him the same way! It's one thing to be losing your hair and it's another to shave it off.
We need a before and after picture of Joey Lawrence.
I have to say it is a big change but is it for better or worse?

57. Whoa, I miss the hair. He needs to gain some weight after seeing him on this movie Trois 2. I miss a little more weight on him and at least some hair on his head! I still am a huge fan and look forward to seeing him dance on on e of my favorite reality shows.

58. This panel is for comments, "lol." And Yes, we all have lives. Who cares? Ah, aren't you reading the comments as well? Joey has the right to do whatever he wants, because it's his life. These comments won't alter a thing in his life, so it's really about, what the next person is thinking and not for his future choices. I like his tv characters, in spite of what he looks like. It's different for me, but looks does't make a person, it's the inner man. So calm-m-m-m-m down.

59. Joe Lawrence has all his good features, minus his hair aND HE LOOKS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME with his new look. He has the perfect shaped head for the bald look. It shows off his excellent physique more than when he had hair. The guy is going to win this competition and his fans will love his new look. Go for it Joe!

60. Well, I've seen Joey on several episodes of Half & Half and he looks good. At first I was unsure of his overall new look, but he still has it going on. Yes! Yes! Yes! I can't wait to see him dance.
