97. Mindy (#73), you couldn't be more wrong about Orlando. He's a total sweetheart. He loves his fans and dedicates so much time to them -- not just at premieres and other red-carpet events either. He treats his fans like they're his beloved friends. People should try to understand that celebs can't ALWAYS stay and sign autographs. There could be other engagements they need to get to. It's the celeb's overall treatment of fans that matter. Like someone else said, Johnny may not have signed for ALL the fans there, but he signed. It's the same with Orlando. He may not be able to stop every -- single -- time, but the majority of the time, Orlando spends quality time with the fans. And the fans themselves and people that know him personally can certainly testify to that.

98. Hilarious, what the hell is wrong with you? How could you hate someone so much you don't even know? Johnny Depp never said he hated America. He said the opposite. Not to mention, he apologized for the remark he did make and said that he was misunderstood, which I believe. You just sound like someone who is just jealous which is so pathetic. Johnny is a good guy. Nothing you say is going to change that.

100. Marianne, Hilarious is the same as Dingo Lunch, Judge, and a whole host of other names he seems to be going by. He's nutty as a fruitcake. He does seem to have something personal against Johnny for whatever reason. Some of the people on this board are sounding very creepy. The vile things that's being directed towards Johnny for the miniscule remark he made, I don't know how many years ago, is really crazy. It was not that much of a big deal. That's why it died out so quickly. Most people can't even remember what he said because it wasn't that bad. In a country where people make fun of the president (he makes fun of himself for crying out loud)on a regular basis, how anyone can get upset over what Johnny said is beyond me.

102. John seems like an amazing person. It's sad that actors, when they get fame and fortune, forget the people that helped them get there. Depp has always managed to keep himself grounded and that's one of the reasons he will always be ahead in this business.

104. I too want to know when filming of the Pirates 3 will end. My 7-year old son is an incredible and awesome visual artist and has drawn an unbelievable sketch of Jack Sparrow and Will Turner. He really wanted either Orlando Bloom or Johnny Depp to sign these sketches, and we live so close to Redondo Beach. Does anyone know the last day of filming? Seeing the docked Black Pearl is even educational for him.

105. It just seems to me that alot of people are fallin asleep at the wheel.

If the guy makes a comment like that I think, he could have been a little more plaintive in his remarks. But instead he shuns the responsibility and places blame on the interview, in which his acrid remarks were quoted. The moral turpitude of depstick.

I find it disheartneing that so many of the "fans" have been taken in by this artful/ duplistic cynosure. This mendacious Dep, is replete with slander. Very rude "like a broken toy" (thats pretty harsh.) This ignominious gesture should still be relevant...
