47. #25 I can't friggin believe you said that. You just insulted Josephine Baker. That was ridiculous. Beyonce has arguably one of the strongest voices in the industry. But - please don't go there with the dancing. Please just don't. Everyone makes a so so album now and then. This is Beyonces. After an amazing run of specatular albums, she has made a so so one. Thats the reality of it. I'm sure she will make another one. I'm sure it will BLOW us away and she will come back stronger than ever before. She is an extremely talented girl. This is not her year. Jennifer Hudson will get the Oscar Nom for Dreamgirls. I've seen it. The album will do alright, but not as well as any of her others and for that she herself will see it as a disappointment. But she will come back stronger next year. She is not going anywhere.

49. Um, actually there is a petition pro for the video which has more signatures. Oh, wait it's not negative so why would the media put it out. And the song went #1 on the R&B charts. And the video was #1 on most watched videos, still on TRL's top vids with Ring the Alarm. And from the leaks of her cd it is good. Oh, and pre-orders are up due to the talk about the cd. So actually I would thank all the negative people for making it a hit cd! And she was doing an African dance in the damn video! People are too busy "leaning wit it, rockin wit it" to know! It's also a disgrace that a lot of boards I go on, the main people downing her are other black people especially female. Being a black female myself, I find it really disgraceful. When will we stop putting our people down when they make it big?

PLUS... it's not that B isn't talented, I'd be a fool for saying so, it's that she misuses it so often. She can sing, she can dance, (she coulnd't act if her life depended on it, I'd love her to give that up) but this second album is garbage. That's what happens when you make an album in 2 weeks!

I totally disagree with #24. It's not Beyonce's fault she wasn't born poor. It's what u do with your life that matters ('cos that's what u have control over). We've heard & seen a lot of rags to riches stories to use being born poor as any kinda excuse. If you were smart as you want to sound, you would realize that Beyonce does talk about important social issues: "independent woman","survivor" (just to mention a few) were written by this talented lady to empower women. Sh can write, sing, dance, act and more importantly she's a philantropist (post Katrina disaster). If you listened to her recent interview on MTV, she's about the most eloquent female celeb out there. Unfortunately when you are that blessed its only natural that people are gonna hate. For those genuine fans continue supporting this artist because she's a rare one. Beyonce u really are an inspiration.

58. Well #48. First Iet me say Beyonce seems to be a lovely person. Really, I mean that. I just can't agree with the hype. I NEVER said it was her fault that she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. What I said was, because she has never really felt hardship like many others she really has nothing to draw from. You speak of "independent woman" and "survivor". I am sorry the message was admirable, but the lyrics were very juvenile. But, again she was all of 19 or 20. I can excuse her for that. But, now she's 25. She should have grown intellectually. Her songs are about more of the same. She has four albums under her belt and please tell me how her lyrics have improved? I don't dislike Beyonce, but she needs to raise the stakes to get my respect. Lauryn Hill is dope! Do you know why? Because she had something to say that resonated beyond the way she looked. If Beyonce has it ( and she may) now is the time to come out with it. She's not a kid anymore. Lets start singing about something inspiring besides checking for "your man" or how good your body looks.

Pink isn't a great singer but at least she has something to say! Madonna, michaelJackson, the beatles, India. Arie. They were all eyonces age and made music that inspired people to look at the world differently. I ask you again what the hell has beyonce done?!!!
