The shoppers at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills were given a little show on Tuesday afternoon. Heather Locklear was out (emphasis on out) and about shopping when paparazzi snapped this beautiful photo.

Why Heather was out shopping wearing only this translucent skirt with what appears to be no underwear is beyond us. Maybe she was wearing a thong. Basically, at this point, the only thing we are sure of is that Heather may be without her rocker, but her bod is still rockin'!

83. Shaking my head, reading some of these comments, from some twisted women out there. The men who are posting they would like to eat cereal off of her (!) have way more class than you! At least they are giving Heather some credit. What's so "sad, desperate, tacky, pathetic", about a gorgeous woman? She should show it off while she's still got it. IF you are condemning her for what she's wearing then you are obviously not content with your own oversized sweatshirts and ultra-highwaisted jeans.

Ladies, I suggest you put down the box of donuts and hit the jogging track -- or better yet, develop a happier, more giving personality and smile from the heart more. Then maybe you'll get the attention from the opposite sex that you are so desperately craving.
