K-Fed -- "I'm On the Slow Climb"

Kevin FederlineKevin Federline stopped by "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles this morning and faced a barrage of questions about wife Britney and his now-infamous Teen Choice Awards performance.

So what does Kevin think of his musical debut? "I think it went pretty well for a first-time performance...it only gets better... with time, I'm sure people will see a drastic change with what's happening."

Of course, after that performance of "Lose Control" featuring lyrics like "Don't hate cuz I'm a superstar" and "I'm in a whole other tax bracket," one would think Mr. Spears comes off as less than humble, something Seacrest pressed him on.

"That's just my lifestyle, I'm just speaking about what's been going on the last two years ... I'm a humble person, I could go back to bread and butter."

Other tidbits Kevin revealed: His income vs. Britney's is 20/80, he has a guest spot on an upcoming episode of "CSI," Britney doesn't miss the spotlight, and he admits the release of the cringe-worthy "PopoZao" was premature. You think?

31. Gary I have heard them all, they all sound the same they all suck just as bad as K-Fed. They rap about the exact same lies as the next guy. I'm unimpressed by each and every radio rap guy alive today.

Eminem is just as stupid and intellectually challenged as K-fed same goes for 23cents. Their performances are identical..wear clothes 5 sizes too big, grab nuts repeatedly, crouch down to look cooler, pop your collar cuz that is VERY cool.

Yawn,...all mainstream radio rap is crappy yes including your precious m&m's and 18cents. Again I ask someone who can form a sentence to outline what K-fed did any worse than these other wastes of resources?

32. This dude just doesn't get it, does he? This wigger's fellow hillbilly wife might be impressed with his rapping but he's obviously thick as a brick.

It's a modern-day American thing to not have to deal with rejection (hence starting your own record label, financed with wifey's dough, in order to foist your crap on the public) but, face it, Kevin: You S U C K! Stick to rapping with a Karaoke machine and leave the rest of us out of it.

As for Paris Hilton being "hot": NOT! That doesn't change the fact the whore can't sing for s*** and the only reason why guys will be dumb enough to buy her "music" is so they can drool over yet another picture of the skank with her legs spread wide open.

And I'm not ashamed to admit that I rather liked New Kids On the Block. Hey, at least they could carry a tune.

BTW: Can someone tell me WHAT is so special about Ryan Seacrest? He's another in a long line of individuals whose 15 minutes expired long ago. (And why isn't the FCC fining him right and left everytime he lets the "f" and "s" words out on the air? I love how they're selective about enforcing their totalitarian broadcasting "rules").

I can't wait until this a**hole's CD goes straight into the deeply discounted bin at the local (chain) record store.

33. Blackmetal, what separates Eminem from K Fed is the fact Eminem came from nothing and 8 Mile to sell over 40 million albums world wide, several Grammy awards and an Oscar award. He is the first white rapper to make it to super star status.50 Cent as well has sold millions of albums. Both have been huge commercial sellers.Eminem actually can follow the beat and his rhymes are far better than K Fed.......not only that he has his own line of baggy clothes that sell like crazy.Eminem is loved and admired by millions and his album sales prove it.Same goes for 50 Cent.Ok I get the point you don't care for hip hop you hear on the radio but with all due respect,K Fed SUCKS compared to Eminem and 50 Cent. You can have the last word..........

34. Not to jump into the Black Metal/Gary thing here but what is to be admired about 50 Cent? The guy is a former crack dealer!

I marvel at the folks who are looked at as some kind of heroes in rap: 50 Cent, Lil Kim (a former prostitute). Sure, everyone has their skeletons, but they're not put on a pedestal to be admired and emulated.

I don't care for rap, either, but Black Metal has a point: K-Fed sucks serious ass but he isn't doing anything different than anyone else. It all sounds and looks the same today.

And then these record companies and corporate conglomerate radio owners wonder why people would rather download music for free on the Internet and burn their own CDs.

44. Honestly, K Fag sux wayyyyy worse than any other rap artist EVER! It wasn't even rapping it was lame Yapping. I do enjoy some rap. Outkast has Big Boi and I think that is great music and actually there is some talent in Big Boi's rap. But really it is pathetic what K-Fag aspires to be. He does actually want to be a bitch this bitch that artist. Truly pathetic.

45. BlackMetal and the other fool hanging off his... It's pretty obvious from your comments that you are not only biased against rap but that you opinions originate from ignorance. It's true that there are the occasional rappers, as always, topping charts selling nothing but a catchy beat and talking about money and they don't have and bi*tches but this is true for all genres of music, there are pre-packaged, talentless "musicians" everywhere.

So to set the record straight here is a lengthy list of successful intelligent, crafty hip-hop/rap artists who it appears you are not aware of, perhaps if you listen to someone other than the 3-5 rappers you seem to be familiar with you will be able to expand your horizens and cease to generalize:

The Roots
Rakim
Jay Z
Eve
Common
Outkast
Ghostface
Busta Ryhmes
LL
The Fugees
Ice Cube
Lauryn Hill
Nas
Kanye-is brilliant though unattractively cocky
Lupe Fiasco
cant forget WuTang
Talib Kweli

These are just a FEW of the most recent generation that have some real s%#t to say and step up the hip-hop game. I deliberately left two gentlemen off the list though they are a given, who knows how much greater the rap game would be if there were still here....?
