Punctuality and Paris Don't Mix

Paris Hilton: Click to watchMaybe she forgot to change her watch when she set out for Tokyo because Paris Hilton has been late to almost every publicity event scheduled for her.

Not only was she an hour late for a meet and greet in font of Shinjuku Station, but she was also tardy for a live radio broadcast and an HMV in-store appearance earlier that day. "Stars" apparently aren't the only thing that are blind, however, as the Paris-ites of Tokyo gave her a roaring welcome despite her lack of punctuality.

Hilton will be in Japan to promote her new album, "Paris", through Friday.

23. Listen tw*t, I could give a sh*t about being first on these boards, it only proves you troll around waiting for new articles because you have nothing else to do. If being first is what makes you feel like you've accomplished something by all means keep at it, but remember I'm not the first one to say you're a moron, if you do something annoying and gay on a regular basis then you have to be willing to accept what people think of you. If you just want a confrontation, then bring it c**t. I'd love to come up with new ways to tell you you're a bona fide idiot. As for Kathryn, I wasn't talking to you, you're insignificant and don't deserve a response.

25. Paris' trip to Tokyo was not a vacation. It was part of her JOB. There's something called PROFESSIONALISM. If she's a celebrity going to a foreign country, she needs to be RESPECTFUL to them and BE ON TIME. She is also representing the U.S. What does her tardiness say about us? Punctuality is a must in the business world, and being fashionably late for whatever excuse is unacceptable. Does she think she's so important that she can alter schedules to best fit her time? She's lucky she has fans there didn't give a damn about that. But if this were any other job, she'd probably get a warning or be fired.

29. I watch the Simple Life 1,2,3 over and over again. Everybody knows that Paris is always late for everything. She is worth waiting for. If she would come to my city I would not mind waiting for her. It must be a big thrill to see her in person. The people of Tokyo are very lucky that she came to see them, even though a little late. Paris Hilton is a great actress and singer.
