Lets Get This Party Started
Emmy Drama: Will Tori Appear in Tribute to Dad?

Tori SpellingThe nasty fight between Tori Spelling and her mom Candy just keeps getting nastier-and everybody will be watching tonight to see what kind of shadow it casts over the awards-show broadcast.

A tribute to TV titan Aaron Spelling, who died in June, is slated to be one of the highlights of the show-but neither his daughter nor his wife is scheduled to appear in it. And, moreoever, even clips of Tori playing Donna Martin on "Beverly Hills, 90210" may be excluded from the tribute because of the feud.

The LA Times reports that celebs from a wide range of Aaron Spelling's TV shows will pay tribute to him, including Heather Locklear ("Melrose Place") and Joan Collins ("Dynasty"). But reports several weeks ago said that Candy was trying to keep Tori out of the planning of the tribute, and didn't even want her to show up at the Emmys at all-a charge denied by Candy's spokesman. He told the LAT, "Everyone is giving Candy Spelling too much credit. She's been accused of running the network, producing the Emmys and deciding who can and can't come." That denial hasn't stopped industry watchers from speculating that Candy really is the power behind the scenes-so everything that goes on tonight will undoubtedly be scrutinized by loyalists on both sides of this sad family feud.

Paris and Nicky's Little Brother Makes a Move

Like sister, like brother? Could be, if Barron Hilton's summer interning for Hamptons magazine pays off. Page Six reports that Rick and Kathy Hilton's 16-year-old son has been fetching coffee, photocopying and other intern tasks. (We wonder if those include fact-checking reports on his sisters' escapades.) We assume he's not slumming it this summer, though-his parents own a $6.3 million house in the Hamptons.

Ricky Selling Off La Vida Loca

Looks like the royalty money is starting to trickle away, as faded pop star Ricky Martin is selling off a whole trove of pricey real estate. The New York Post's Braden Keil reports that Martin has sold his 65th-floor apartment in the posh Time Warner Center for over $9 million, netting him a pretty swell $3 million profit in the process. Meanwhile, he also unloaded houses in Miami and Puerto Rico, and recently got $18 million for his mansion in Beverly Hills. No word on where Martin will actually be living, but Keil says he's looking for a new pad in New York.

Party Favors: Bob Marley Prints Money...Elton Wants to Make Like K-Fed

Jamaican reggae star Bob Marley may have died 25 years ago, but his legacy lives on-and not just in his music. The Bank of Jamaica is putting his face on a series of 1,000 commemorative coins in gold and silver, and selling them for a cool $100 each. "We've received quite a bit of interest already," a Bank spokeswoman said ... Elton John may be known for his prowess on the piano, but he wants to expand into other genres, he told Rolling Stone: He's interested in recording a hip-hop album. Yes, that's right-Elton John wants to record a hip-hop album. "I want to bring my songs and melodies to hip hop beats-a bit like 'No Diggity' by Blackstreet," he told the magazine. For once, we're stunned into silence.

31. I can't believe that I actually sat through reading all of this...but what really caught my attention??? Mammoth trail rider. Not for your opinions...because, quite frankly I could not follow your thought processes. I found myself wondering, between your spelling and your meandering words, exactly what it was that you were trying to get across. As for being embarrassed? You should be embarrassed about yourself, not about being here "with the rest of us". You say you "almost" got self-absorbed with the lives of people which you can't even fathom, yet you later go on about the stars which you obviously follow so closely that you are self-absorbed with THEM.

Your comments about Brit and K-Fed...who the f*** cares? Quite frankly stupid people shouldn't breed, and unfortunately they did. Hopefully their children won't suffer their parents' poorly chosen way of living, and believe in their parents' definition of love.

As for the Spellings?...Well, we can all see what money gets you. Obviously such a close and loving faminly (not). And if YOU "want for nothing", Mammoth, then why do you find it necessary to sit here typing to faceless strangers, calling them "suck fucks"? Sounds to me as if you definately are in need of SOMETHING.
Spellcheck, therapy...hell, I'm not quite sure...but definately something.

Sleepless and bored...lol.

32. Tori's mother is waaaayyyy old enough to have learned not to act like a spiteful, miserable wretch of a child. I am sure Aaron Spelling wanted his beloved daughter to get more that $800--or whatever it is. What an awful person to have for a mother; where do you think TORI learned to act that that way? Anyway, Candy seems not to miss her husband at all--never looks sad or depressed or bereaved, yet Tori at least shows these expressions in her face. Give the kid what her father would have wanted her to have, and let the greedy Candy--and her mama's boy--take a hike. These 2 are getting way too much publicity fighting over a dead man's fortune. They should all be ashamed of themselves.

33. I would love to see what those of you look like that are insulting the looks of both Candy and Tori. I have a feeling you're as ugly on the outside as inside. Secondly, about the money. Has anyone even heard Tori complain about what she's got?! No, she makes a pretty good living herself. Would she like a piece of her pop's estate? Sure. But Mommy dearest is in control of that. And I have a feeling that Candy isn't exactly overwhelemed with joy in that Tori dumps a husband and then marries a loser wannabe actor. It's fine for Tori to make a bad relationship decision. But I'm sure Candy is thinking "look at how K-Fed is pissing away Brit's fortune." So she's choosing to hold on T's $$$ until T grows up a little more. And stop hating on people that have $$$. Yes they live extravagantly. But so would you if you had all that cash. What's the point of having it if you don't enjoy it. And believe you me, both Aaron and Candy have given millions to charitys over the years. Oh, and for the anti-semites on the post. Please go stand on the PCH around 2:30AM tomorrow morning. That should give your friend Mel some legit targets to hit on his way home from boozing it up...

34. To #21, "My Two Cents"--You're nothing but a narrow-minded, anti-Semite who couldn't find his own ass whole with both hands. It's contemptible penises like you who help exacerbate the hatred in this world between races and ethnic groups. Is your family ashamed of you? Or do t hey share the same set of corrupt morals and values. And B TW, are there NO non-Jewish Princesses in La-La Land, or any other land, for that matter? (The question is rhetorical. You're probably too goddamn ignorant to even know what the word means.) You strike me as the type of vermin that considers the Holocaust a really fun thing, and the lynchings of black Americans earlier in the century a bubble of laughs. What a miserable little toad you are! GFY.

37. I think Ms. Smith of Charlies Angels said it best..."Aaron would be horrified about what is going on!" I don't care much for Tori, but her mother is even worse.
