I'm rooting for them to live a long and happy life together, hopeully like Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward. Paul apparently was a happily married man with a wife and children when he met Ms.Woodward during filming a movie in the 1950's. How scandalous that must have been.

I can't believe people are actually saying the couple should have waited until his divorce was final. The effing nerve! What difference would it have made? It was over, the guy moved on....end of story.

Having a piece of paper shouldn't keep two people together. Shared passion, interest, passion and respect will. If they marry, it'll be more poor Chinnifer, how could they do that to her If they don't marry it's oh, oh it won't last because they can't commit to each other. Luckily these two are living life by their own rules, I hope they continue to do so.

In any case, I am ROOTING/CHEERING/PRAYING for the Jolie-Pitt family. Love, health, wealth...and good hearts. What more do they need.

If the baby was born at the end of May then it is possible that she was conceived some time in Sept/Oct and although the divorce was not final the marriage damn sure was over so does it really matter how long before having a child. Do you really think it was a planned pregnancy? Really? I don't care how rich you are or how many nannies you have, two babies under one roof is a recipe for craziness and sleepness nights.

As usual they do look good.

34. Who cares if the marriage was over? Papers were not complete so no it was not over. And unplanned pregnacies by people who are "just starting to date" is not cool either. I now how bad you want to justicfy but leave it alone . If brad was soooo unhappy and inlove with someone enough to have a kid with that person why didnt he file for divorce? exactly. Stop making excusses. Now that there together fine i could careless if two average looking people are in a relationship stop praising them.

35. The judge signed the divorce decree on 8/10/05. Gestation is 40 weeks. Shiloh was born c section. Do your math. She was conceived after the judge signed the divorce decree. C section is usually performed before the mother goes into labor. Therefore if Shiloh was born naturally, she would have been born sometime in June. Take out your calendar, do your math

37. 13. Ok I agree you dont have to be a Jen aniston fan to dislike aj I am not a fan I dont hate angelina jolie but I will say this the whole situation is wrong. Was that such a big deal to wait unitl the divorce was finalize to have baby with someone else? Brad were in that much of a hurry were you planning to die in the next year or so? If we were in thier shoes which we are not we would understand. But from an outsider looking in no matter how much you obssesed people look at it its wrong

When are you whiney bitter women going to stop bitching. Brad and Jennifer's divorce was signed August 18, 2005 and finalized October 2, as at August 19, Jennifer's maiden name was reinstated. Brad waited all those years with Jennifer to have a child, which she denied him. A woman can choose not to have a child, but it is selfish to marry a man who clearly longed to be a father and try to mislead people by forever insisting you were working on getting pregnant, while signing on for 5 movies. Where was she going to pregnant? On the movie set.

Judy, you run around from blog to blog trashing Angelina Jolie, if she is a freak, I wish they were more freaks like her, even Brad loved it enough that he wanted some of that freakiness. He must be in heaven finally being with a woman who is honest and authentic unlike that fraud, Jennifer Anniston. She is proud of who she is, and she will be happy she does not have the likes of you for a fan, because ignorant, judgemental bores like you are quite annoying.

Fresh, as in this morning, from a strategically placed spy in LA ...here's the not-so-exciting scoop: The Pitts, as widely reported, have been doomed for a while: since as early as 2003, when Brad made some telling comments in a magazine interview saying that love doesn't have to be forever, that he and Jen knew that, and that if their ride had to end...it would end, and they would accept it. When the (inexplicable) buzz around her performance in The Good Girl took her to a new level, Jen put Brad off babies until the end of Friends. When the 9th season concluded with an extension, she once again promised one more year. In that time she was signed to nearly 5 upcoming projects...without consulting him first. Her big mistake was not telling him before the scripts would arrive. When he saw her accepting role after role - and had to read about it in the daily trades - he confronted her. And to hold him off, she relented again...temporarily. So the deal is: she finishes the show, he finishes Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Oceans 12 over the summer of 2004...and then they take a break. What happens? Derailed. As in the movie co-starring Clive Owen. She signs on with, yet again, no warning to Brad and it's off to couples therapy we go. Wouldn't you know it...every interview she gave last year leading up to the Friends finale was taped while the two were in counselling. And although she had absolutely NO intention of having a kid any time soon, she still persisted in saying on Diane Sawyer, and Oprah, and ET, and on and on and on...that a baby was on its way (which means she's a better actress than we give her credit for). This further infuriated Brad. 'Obviously your image is more important than actually making what you say real...why are you going on tv saying one thing and then refusing to get this done as soon as you get home?' Next up: filming with Angelina. Jen nearly lost it when she heard about the on-screen chemistry. So she flies to Cannes to open Troy with her husband and they spend a few weeks in Europe where things were actually getting better. For the sake of the marriage, after getting advice from his parents, he was willing to wait, understanding that his wife clearly had many issues to resolve within herself and wasn't ready at the time for a baby anyway. Besides, no one wanted to affect the box office sales of Oceans 12, so the two pledged yet again to give it a go. The problem is, they hardly spent any quality time together in the fall. Jennifer was filming back to back pictures, he was getting ready for the Oceans promo, and ...as my source says, he wasn't willing to be the only person injecting some sincerity and romance in to their marriage anymore. And then came the Oceans 12 cast interview with Diane Sawyer when Brad visibly choked up and said he would like nothing more than to have a little girl like Jen running around. When news of the interview reached Jen, she hit the roof, prompting a huge fight, and the famous 'London' incident when he ended up celebrating his birthday alone last December and she was photographed at the airport, upset and, some say, without her wedding ring. They briefly reconnected over Christmas, made the decision together without fanfare and then joined Courteney and David on vacay for one last hurrah to escape the media frenzy when the announcement dropped on January 7th. However...what started out as an amicable split is getting increasingly nastier as time goes on. Brad is pissed that she hasn't come out to refute the infidelity rumours, that she is content to milk the public's affection and let him look like a cheating scumbag only because she wants to turn it around for her career. Which is exactly why the couple's close friend Catherine Keener (her husband is Dermot Mulroney who guest starred as 'Gavin' on Friends) has almost cut Jen off completely, disgusted at her self-serving behaviour. You'll note, Catherine was one of Jen's closest galpals, along with Kathy Najimy and the three used to have girls' nights almost every week for years. In recent months, Catherine has made a point of being publicly photographed with Brad, while keeping her distance from Jen. And finally...regarding Angelina and the alleged hanky panky on the Smith set... my source says: 'Lainey, he's straight! Show me a guy who isn't going to get a hard-on when Angelina's lying on top of you all sweaty and skimpy dressed...can you? No! So what makes you think Brad Pitt's going to be able to. But he didn't screw her...for sure. Last summer, he was still really in to Jen. He's a pretty loyal guy. When that (insert bad word here) Gwyneth cheated on him, he was nuts. He'd never put anyone else in that position, you know? But now? Game on man. A guy's gotta do...know what I'm sayin'?' And there you have it. Take it for what you will. Call it bullsh*t if you want. Hell...I want to! But remember this: would that kind of story sell as many magazines as an illicit high profile affair???

Once again I dont care who was the cause of the break up i dont even care if they broke up its just gross how people go around doing so much reserch to justify the people they idolize. she could have commited murder but because people thinks shes pretty she is not guilty. 45. no one can pick who they fall in love with.but really do you not think it time for people to get over it already. bp &aj want to be together and no one can stop it. let it be she different then anyone he has ever been with. he could have done things different with ja but he has to live with that only time will tell how thing will go. jen sems happy or at least some of the pain is gone.divorce is never easy, no matter who moves on, it hurt it know that your love did not work . and i am not a fan of any of them , like some of the movies some not soon much. hope the kids grow up to understand what all the crazyness was all about mom &dad .
