38. Thank goodness he didn't crash into someones mom, sister, brother, etc.; maybe this is a wake-up call for him and others. I party just like many people, but I "party smart" (by not driving)... I'm a mom and I don't want to be killed, or kill or injure anyone else ever!! When someone is too high to drive, sneak their keys away from them; I say sneak 'cuz most drunks won't hand them over as they usually feel that they are in complete control of themselves. Also, how would you feel if you DIDN'T take the keys away, and then they injured/killed themselves or someone else?!

40. I agree with the last comment (#39) -- My foster dad was killed, and my brother brain damaged by a drunk driver. My foster mom was left with four girls to raise by herself, she wasn't a nice person, my dad was, it really tore the family up. With all the public ads and commercials - EVERYONE by now knows to not drive drunk!

A 1995 Saturn.....

Hell Yea, I drive and have one of these cars, Very Few Repairs and still rocking at 140000 Miles and Counting. I do not have the wagon that Haley was driving, but a 4 Door Sedan of The Same Make and Model.

No Paparazzi gonna follow that car... Probably helps him maintain his privacy.. Stop Knocking the poor kid for the car he drives.

Next Time, Make sure your fridge is stocked and if your gonna do buds, Don't Drive... Watch Bugs Bunny..

45. What difference does it make what type of car he was driving?? The sad part is that he feels the need to be drinking and driving...What is the reasoning behind this???? And does it have anything to do with the fact that he was a child star??? What impact does that have on a person???AND where did he get the alcohol in the first place????
