Sin City just got a little more sinful.

Yesterday the Mayor of Las Vegas proclaimed August 29,2006 Paris Hilton Day and gave the budding popstar the key to the city. News of the impending apocalypse to follow.

Comedian Jeff Beacher introduced the heiress in front of a packed crowd at a Vegas block party.

Hilton proclaimed her love for Vegas saying it's her "favorite place in the world to come to party." Considering her good time girl reputation, that's a huge compliment.

Afterwards, Paris did what she likes to do best in Vegas and partied the night away at Pure nightclub.

Hilton danced on a table and "sang" songs from her new album, which, believe it or not, debuted at #6 on the Billboard charts.

Luckily the clock struck midnight, ushering the end of Paris day, and all was right with the world.

24. After watching the video, it's quite apparent how truly talented Paris is. Well deserving of the key to Las Vegas. A beautiful, talented, famous, rich icon. Bitter, hateful comments, are a true testament of it. The old saying still holds true, bad press is better than no press. People wish and demand Paris will go away. I have news for them, it will never happen. Have a very Paris day!

30. ok, heres the thing about paris..she is not a nice person and she has shown everyone that,she makes fun of people ,puts people down for not haveing as much money as her family has uses guys for money ,lies about everthing and needs more attention than any other celebrity for really doing nothing.she does nothing for anyone but herself and she is completely full of herself.mabey if she showed some concern for someone or something else in this over indulged life of hers people would be nicer to her.people dont feel this hatred for tom hankes or goldie hawn or other really talented musicians and actors. so why is that huh?and to all those fans of hers...you all are the stupidist people ever..get over it and stop sticking up for her she woulnd do it for you if she knew ya!
