Katie Couric's not the only high-profile female TV personality with airbrush issues – Rosie O'Donnell says she's recently had the retouch treatment as well. In a new ABC promo photo for the new season of "The View," Rosie appears with her co-hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Joy Behar, and Barbara Walters, and though she seems to be in relatively normal proportion to the other "View"-ers, the gab queen says she's been slimmed by the hand of Photoshop magic. "Look at the amount of white space/between my arm and body/barbara and elisabeth seem to vanish/there in my underarm," writes Rosie, giving her best forensic analysis on her blog at rosie.com
What's more, she tells Glamour magazine that she's letting her hair grow "long and luxurious" to allay concerns that her tight crop of recent years (especially the Flock of Seagulls look) might be too "gay" for the audience of "The View." Fortunately for all of us, O'Donnell promises that her locks henceforth won't be "scary."
Of course, as the photographic evidence has shown, butch doesn't have to equal "scary" – or gnarly. Halle Berry and Natalie Portman are just two of Hollywood's beauties that have made short look hot.

I am so looking forward to Rosie being on the View. It's about time to have someone articulate, funny AND outspoken about the important issues of the day. I can't wait to hear her and Elizabeth get into the issues of ther day. If anyone should be replaced it is Elizabeth. She is so far right wing it totally boggles my mind. Joy. Barbara and Rosey will be a great trio.
I wont watch the view now that Rosie is on it. She makes me want to puke.

Well if star hadn't gotten so holyer than thou acting like she was on a direct link with god because of her husband maybe she would still be there. She lost that edge she had being a wild woman, that is why she lost her job,. She lost her appeal tothe real world. Rosie will bring another light into the mix and it would be great if they could get someone like Patti Labelle to be the other host. That would be a great show then. True equality and a voice from every corner.

i can not stand elisabeth----she is supposed to be the young view on the show-please her ways and views are older then barbara and joy-she has sure led a sheltered life------------she is supposed to be young-i don't care if she is married she can still find men attracted and oh if i have to see her to a food segment one more time and god forbid not taste anything i am going to throw up-loosen up
and act like a 20 something-----------------------
