Lohan Ditches VMAs for Harry

Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton spent Thursday as far away from New York as they could, lotioning up and getting all touchy-feely in Hawaii, all while skipping out on MTVs big night. (Still, even in her absence, New York club promoters were still buzzing about whether the freckled phenom might pop up at some of the VMA after-parties.)

Rumors of an impending engagement have started to swirl around the couple after "EXTRA" reported that the Hard Rock Cafe heir purchased a diamond sparkler at Cartier in Beverly Hills.

The couple spent Thursday relaxing by the pool on the first day of their vacation. And if it doesn't get any better than enjoying the tropical weather, the couple also received back and foot massages on the beach. Hawaii is known for getting people in the mood to get down on one knee, if you know what we mean -- so is Harry planning to do the same?

19. I think that she is smart to get away from all the madness. She is looking very healthy lately. I think harry is good for her. Also, if you look at the latest pictures, she looks as though she might be expecting a baby. That maybe the reason for the ring, slowed down behavior, and her not wanting to sing/dance out in public.

21. She seems very happy, healthy and relaxed. I am so glad this guy is helping her to tone down some of her "party girl" persona; she is too good for that type of negative behavior. We love you Lindsay! Keep up the good work, you and Harry both.

24. Lindsay looks like she's a total cling-on, is she afraid he'll wake up and smell the coffee, I mean the nasty stale booze and her over-used firecrotch? Someone should tell her you can't undo the publicity about bad behavior. And in the Hawaii cling on picture, Harry just looks bored. I'm sure he is, sex won't hold the relationship together for that long, and I'm sure she's a bit short on conversation subjects, unless they're about her.
